M&L for cleaning of under ground water storage sump of capacity 50000 gallons (B nagar new pump house, Tech area T-54), at any depth by scrubbing,brushing the edge on all sides, floors, ceiling by dewatering the UG sump either using pumping set or manually removing slit, slush and any other sediments, sludge etc from the side walls, floor by using wire brushers etc applying bleaching powder slurry to the walls, floors, cleaning the walls,floor with clean water and applying one coat of lime wash to the complete internal walls and all outer surfaces above ground level, including writing details by synthetic enamel paint such as date of cleaning,next due date, capacity of UG sump etc,on white letters with black back ground all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1 here in before but water storage sump of capacity 80000 gallons (OTD)

M&L for cleaning of over head reservoir capacity 40000 gallons 60 feet stagging (Near Troops line) by scrubbing, brushing the edge on all sides, floors, ceiling by dewatering either using pumping set or manually removing slit,slush and any other sediments, sludge etc from the side walls, floor by using wire brushers etc applying bleaching powder slurry to the walls, floors, cleaning the walls, floor with clean water and applying one coat of lime wash to the complete internal walls including writing details by synthetic enamel paint such as date of cleaning,next due date,capacity of over head reservoir etc, on white letters with black background all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.7 here in before but of capacity 25000 gallons at 5 feet stagging (B Nagar PH,T54 PH & Wine Cup)

M&L for periodical cleaning of shallow wells for size of well 6 meter dia and 18 meter deep by bailing out of water below the foot valve level of the existing pump set, removing the mud, silt, solid pieces and any other unwanted material from the inner surface of well, one coat of lime wash for inner and exposed outer surface of well, including wiring the capacity of well,date of cleaning and next cleaning date etc with white paint on black surface all as directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per item No.9 here in before but size of well 3 meter dia and 12 meter deep. NOTE for Item No. 1 to 10: The Contractor should take necessary safety precaution while cleaning SUMP, OHR AND SHALLOW WELL. The unit rate includes cost of Necessary chemicals, brushes and tools, ladders & hydra, safety belts and rope for cleaning works shall be deemed to be included.

M&L for Disconnecting electrical connections and taking out submersible pump sets any capacity alongwith column pipe from borewell of any depth (approx 60m) by unscrewing each column pipe for checking and repairing and re-lowering the same after repairs are carried out and anchoring it on the well with clamps including electric connectons and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Repair works of Submersible pumps (as required) will be measured and paid separately (ii) The GI pipe in good condition being reused. The fixing charge is included in this item.

M&L for Disconnecting electrical connections and taking out submersible pump sets any capacity alongwith column pipe from Openwell of any depth (approx 30m) by unscrewing each column pipe for checking and repairing and re-lowering the same after repairs are carried out and anchoring it on the well with clamps including electric connectons and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Repair works of Submersible pumps (as required) will be measured and paid separately (ii) The GI pipe in good condition being reused. The fixing charge is included in this item.

M&L rewinding of submersible motor of any capacity 5 / 7.5 HP with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and No of turns and varnishing complete and testing and including repair the pump sets all as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Shaft, impeller, bowls, thrust bearing,distance sleeve as required will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for servising and greasing of submercible pump of capacity 5.0 / 7.5 HP and testing and including replace the bearing with new all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Impeller suitable for 5.0 / 7.5 HP tubular submersible pump set all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement thrust bearing suitable for 5.0 / 7.5 HP submersible pump set as approved all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement brass bush and distance piece suitable for 5.0 / 7.5 HP submersible pumpset as approved all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement CI bowls for 5.0 / 7.5 HP submersible pumpset including replacement of rusted GI support strip all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L flushing the existing bore well water with Air compressor minimum 4 hours per bore well all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated 3 core copper flat cable 2.5 sqmm for submersible pump set for 5 HP capacity all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated 3 core copper flat cable 4.0 sqmm for submersible pump set for 7.5 HP capacity all as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement DOL starter 415 volts, 5/7.5 HP 50 Hz all as directed (MK 1 DOL) all as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement DOL motor starter rating 5 / 7.5 HP, 3 Phase 415 Volt 50 Hz, MUG 6 in sheet enclosure type all as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F PVC top cover for borewell of size 200mm dia bore including taking down old unservicable cover all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L painting LT starter panel board with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (inside and outside) after disconnecting the LT electric supply and taking down the starter and switches complete and refixing after painting dismantled items of the panel and connecting electrically and also writen bore well No with white paint all as specified and all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Nylon rope of 16mm dia suitable for borewell all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement column pipe with GI tubing medium grade 3 meter long each of bore 50mm dia bore with threaded both ends and with one No of heavy duty coupling suitable for above column pipe to replace the rusted/ damaged GI pipes dismanted complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) column pipe of pressure rating 20 kg/sqcm for borewell of pipes of bore 50mm size each length 3 metre long all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down or up steel tubing and connections for 20 mm dia bore of pipe from Trenches / Walls / Floors etc. complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Earthwork and excavation as required shall be measured and paid separately.
