High Mast Lights at Nunwan Base Camp

Supply, installation, testing and comm. of 12.5 Mtr. Long high mast ( polygonal) shaft totally hot dip galvanised ( 85 microns conforming to IS 2629) through single dipping process and suitable for wind velocity of 180 Km/hour as per IS-875 ( part-III) . The one section mast shaft shall have door opening of adequate size at base having ante vandal type locking arrangement and door construction. it should also include acessories for 12.5 Mtr. high mast including head frame for mounting the luminaire, steel wire rope 5 mm dia ( 7x19 construction) with safety factor not less than 5, drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage way suitable for carrying 6 No's flood lights and its control box( excluding cost of lights and gear box) the mast should be provided with foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. the mast shall have an internal type power tool ( motor) mounted at the base compartment for its raising and lowering operation, complete with its operating mechanism. Supply installation testing and comm. of Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium non integral IP66 flood light, suitable for high mast application, 200 W with high power LED's as light source Havell ( JETA Valour integral)/Crompton/ Philips/Eq. Standard make including the service connection by way of 2.5 mmsq multistrand copper wire.

Construction of suitable foundation for high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as per the design supplied with the mast with all materials ( steel, cement concreting etc.) and labour. cast insitu M 20 mixture n/s of agg. 20mm and min cement content of 300 Kg/m3 incld. cost of excavation , soling ( well compacted, consolidated, handpacked) inclusive of mudmat lean M 7.5 1:4:8 mix with n/s of agg. 40 m3 incld. cost of reinforcement Fe 500,cutting, bendings, straightening and cost of binding wire incld. cost of shuttering, curring, carriage of material ( all laps of reinforcement , ( concrete work & reinforcement detailing as per IS -456 latest and SP-16 & IS-13893)( complete Job.) Errection of mast with the help of suitable equipment. provision of GI pipe earthing for high mast with 2.5 Mt. long 40 mm dia GI pipe including connection of high mast earth terminal with 25x3mm GI flats with all materials and labour.

Providing of earthing using G.I plate earthing ( 2'x2') and G.I strip risers along with associated material as per I.S standards to the high mast.

Supply,laying , testing and commissioning of 16 sq.mm 2 core PVC alluminium armoured cable 1100 volt grade Al. armoured cable Havell/Eq. standard including the lugs of required size.

Supply , installation testing and commissioning of air cooled 5 KVA servo stabliser, able to operate on primary voltage of 90 V-250 v and constant out put voltage of 220 Volt.stabliser shall be fitted with high and low voltage cut relays, 20% over voltage protection, toggle switchs for raising and lowering of voltage manually, indicators and voltmeter and the job also includes the sheet steel kiosk duly painted powder coated of suitable size in which the servo is to be fitted, the kiosk includes 63 amp DP MCB and circuit MCB's with an Astronomical digital timer and suitable capacity contactor. the kiosk shall have to be fitted on angle iron stand grouting its legs in cement concrete. the test check certificate should be got from manufacturer Electrifield/Alba /Cosco/ Equivalent make.
