1 Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

2 Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory.

3 It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

4 The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

5 EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

6 Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

7 Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

8 Contractor conditional tenders are not accepted.

9 The work done submitting for the tender should be certified from the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer) and the original copies of the same should be provided through online. The original certificates and other documents shall be produced later.

10 If any dates mentioned above happens to be a holiday, the next working day and the same time and venue holds good in lieu of the date mentioned.

11 The authority competent to accept the tenders shall have the right of rejecting all or any of the tenders without assigning any reasons and will not be bound to accept the lowest tenders.

12 If the rates quoted by the eligible bidder are below the estimated rates, then he/she should deposit the security deposit amount of the value 5% of the contract value should be submitted in the form of DD/FDR in favour of EE, PRED, Haveri at the time of agreement.

13 The work should be carried out in accordance with the standard specifications as specified by the department and should maintain the work to the period of 1 year after the date of completion.

14 Contractor should ensure to take all the necessary precautions regarding safety during the work.

15 In case of the death of the Contractor during or after executing the work, his/her legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing can execute the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work.

16 Corrigendums/Addendums, if any, will be published in the website only. More details shall be collected from the office during working hours.

17 Bidder must obtain the Line of credit certificate from any nationalised bank ( value as mentioned in the bid document) . Line of credit certificates with terms and conditions are not accepted.

18 Bidder should be bound to accept all other terms and conditions as per mentioned in the bid document and tender notification copy attached.

19 As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Blore dated 01.01.07 and government letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.07, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions welfare fun & royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing govt orders.

20 Security deposit at the rate of 5% of tender cost should be made in favour of Executive engineer in the form of DD/ FDR/ NSC (NSC should be pledged in the name of Executive Engineer)

21 To qualify for award of the Contract, each bidder should have attained in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26: a)achieved an average of financial turnover (Turnover certificate with Profit and loss statements and IT returns) in any one year (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) not less than the Amount put to tender, Rs:8.28 Lakhs. b) Work done Certificate: Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor, at least one any nature of work of value not less than Rs.2.07 lakhs in any one year. (usually not less than 25%of the estimated value of contract) 2021-22 to 2025-26

22 Any taxes shall be paid as per the prevailing orders at that time.

23 The defect liability period shall not be less than one year.

24 Participating bidders contractors in the tender should submit the following documents along with Technical Bid in addition to documents details required as per KW-1.

25 The Eligible Contractor Should Agree the KW-1 Bid Document Conditions.

26 The Work constructed under this programme shall be of very high standard, requiring no major repairs for three (1)years after completion of construction the contractors shall have to give guarantee for 1 years maintenance

27 The item rates are excluding GST but inclusive of all other charges.

28 GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately.

29 Any over writing of civil engineering words and measurements should be clarified the considered department (No claims shoulbe considered).

30 The Project Completion period is 3 months and the defect liability period of the work is (1) One year after successful completion of the work. (including Monsoon).

31 Tenderer must have liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.2.48 Lakhs Credit lines/ letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. issued the Nationalised bank should be furnished by the contractor And LOC issued by such a bank should be of unconditional nature.(Conditional LOC not accepted)
