(b)Ist coat-Applying Ist coat of two component acrylic modified ready to use flexible cementitious mataerials on surface saturated dry roof and in side wall of parapet wall upto 600mm by brush or roller after Ist coat of application 45 grm of Fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is still green,Ist coat should be applied @ 1.5kg/sqmt/coat.For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.-

(d)Protection of treapled surface with PCC-The treated surfaace should be covred with 25mm /50mm PCC of M-20 grade(1:1.5:3) with proper slope(1:120) towards the rain outlets in allernatepenels of 2mtx2mt keeping 6mm gap between the panel joint Integral water proofing admixture conforming to IS 2645 @ of 100ml per bag of cement to be added in the screed concrete (paid separately for this items) All corners shall be chamfered with 150mm fillet.The rainwater outlets shall be just leveled with screed concrete to ensure smooth discharge of water-The peripheral gaps between Pvc pipe outlet and concerte surface should be packed properly with rich concrete and the peripheral mouth to be sealed with moisture insensitive epoxy putty of sika India pvvt.Ltd/MYK.schomberg/Dr.Fixit/Fosroc.For the pupose of measurment the entire treated surface will be measured;

(e) Groove of PCC surface should be filled with polysulphide sealant(paid separately)Brand-sika India Pvt Ltd/MYK schomberg/Dr.Fixit/Fosroc warrantly for five years.

Providing 12mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compound including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
