Lifting Loading Transporting of metallic expansion joint

Leading, Lifting, Shifting, Loading, Transporting and Unloading of ESP fields (all related auxiliaries) with supporting frames from Uppur/STPP to MTPS-II / Mettur Dam.

Charges for renewal of expansion joint of size 1900X2050 in Hot PA duct including drawal of materials and devolution of scrap at central stores. A) Cutting and removal of eroded expansion joint of size of 1800X3800 This work involves providing platforms inside and outside the ducts, locking and arresting the ducts of HOT PA duct, cutting, dismantling and removal of the eroded expansion joint and devoluting the same to the Central Stores/MTPS- II.

Drawal of new expansion joint of size 1900X2050 from Central Store/MTPS-II , Altering the metallic expansion joint as per the MTPS-II Site condition and transporting to Boiler area lifting, leading and erection in position, alignment with Hot PA duct and welding. Finally cutting and removing all the locking and arresting arrangement, scaffolding and platforms. This work including the transporting charges of materials from Central Store to Boiler. (Including the cost of welding electrodes.

A) Cutting and removal of eroded expansion joint of size of 2200X3800 This work involves providing platforms inside and outside the ducts, locking and arresting the upstream and downstream sides of flue gas ducts, cutting, dismantling and removal of the eroded expansion joint before and after ESP inlet gates and devoluting the same to the Central Stores/MTPS-II.

Fixing and removing the scaffolding arrangements for insulation work around the Flue gas duct, Hot PA duct and APH.

Removal of insulation Single layer (60mm thick) wool mattress, G.I Cladding sheet, stiffeners, retainer plates etc. welding the support plates, rectification and refixing the existing insulation Single layer (60mm thick) wool mattress, GI sheets, lead and lift etc in the required area of Flue gas duct and Air Pre Heater with new fastners.

Metallic expansion :Cutting and dismantling of existing Metallic expansion joint of size 8800x3800 of APH Flue gas outlet duct. This work involves locking and arresting the upstream and downstream sides of flue gas ducts, cutting, dismantling and removal of the damaged expansion joint and devoluting the same to the Central Stores/MTPS- II.
