SCHEDULE 'A' PART - VIII (MISC ITEMS) (Note for items 8 to 17: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

M&L for 150 mm compacted thickness GSB Gde–II in one layer over prepared sub grade with stone aggreagte including spreading, levelling and rolling by 80 to 100KN static weight roller consolidate to required gradient and camber etc, all as specified in MoRTH specifications and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick compacted thickness WMM single layer with Grading as per table 400-13 of MoRSH specifications including preparing base, preparing mix, spread, rolled with vibratory roller of minimum 80 to 100 KN static weight and consolidated to required gradient, camber and shape complete all as specified in MoRTH specifications and directed.

S&F FRP pole box of size not less than 300mmx200mmx125mm fixed to poles with and includuing MCB SP 20A, 230 Volts 3 ways connector, including clamps of 25x3mm mild steel flat iron made to shape , bolts, nuts and washers and iron surfaces painted with two coats of black colour sybnthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erect, joint, test and commission LT Panel, indoor type, weather/dust/vermin proof, double door, factory made suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 Volts AC supply and having bus bar chamber of 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars not less 100 Amps rating, 3 phase 415 volts for distribution system and type tested at CPRI, fabricated in factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032. The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The panel shall be made out of 2mm thick CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) mild steel sheet and 3.15mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar, front door (02 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom and having welded 04 Nos equal mild steel angle iron of size 75mmx75mmx6mm of length 0.9m, 30cm of of angle shall be embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agregate below GL level and 30cm shall be above ground level of size as directed at site.

The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. Necessary cable gland shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings and all as shown in drawings :- CONTROL WIRING : All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated multi-stranded type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50Sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size and type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type tube near the door hinges.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry Tibba sand for under ground cable provided with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 18cm punned thickness shall be consideredfor measurement and payment.

M&L for 40 to 50mm thick stone patti rough dressed jodhpur stone slab cover laid in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 30 cm wide and not less then 50cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjecent slab not excedding 10 mm over sand cushoing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bracket for street light fittings made out of 25mm bore pipe medium grade GI pipe bent to required shape, fixed with MS flat iron clamps made out of minimum size 50x6mm including required bolts, nuts and washers, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing earthing pit identifier/marker for lightening arrester made of MS plate 6mm thick oval size having major axis 30cm and minor axis 20cm mounted om 25mm dia GI pipe medium grade project 60cm above the ground and embedded suitably in concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B2 of size 20cmx20cmx30cm. The oval shape identifier & earth pit cover shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in yellow colour over a coat of primer and writting a letters (e.g LA 1/10) on the plate and earth pit cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 15 above but having rectangular plate of length 30cm & width 20cm for power supply earth and writing letters (e.g PS 1/10), etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made of cast iron oval in shape 20cm dia and 15cm dia and 5mm thick with embossing MES cable __ core backside welded on the angle iron 40mmx40mmx5mm, 1.2m long ( 15mm hole pass leg length and 0.6m buried above the cable and with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 15cmx15cmx60cm including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
