Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Brickwork with sub class old size ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls complete as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc1.5 sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work / stone work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to the Govt.), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick Second class hard wood (Hollock) Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., divided in to squares with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass etc.

Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified including powder coating of any colour.

S&F in repair 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with rubber packing in square n. exc 0.5 sq.m. each pane .

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking Gyproc metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections(galvanized @ 120 gms /sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of 3600mm long main & quot, T&quot, runner size 24x32mm and0.30mm thick, 1200mm long cross & quot;T" of size 24x25mm and 0.30mm thick,600mmsecondary cross "T" of size 24x25mm and 0.30mm thick and PPGI wall angle of size 24x24mm and 0.4mm thick. Cross Tees at the ends having length more than 600mm are to be supported independently. Finally Gyproc 8mm thick tiles of size 595x595 having foil on back side & PVC paper on front side wrapped around edges to be placed in grid.
