External electrification

Supply install test and commission LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 200 Amps capacity, indoor cubical type floor mounted factory made fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 2 mm thick fixed on angle iron frame made out of 50x50x6 mm complete intelligent panel meter, set of indicator lamp RYB with switch, lugs, cable glands of various size of cables, conforming to Fe 410-0 mm weather and vermin proof front openable, double stud hinged with locking arrangement including PCC foundation necessary hard standing around the panel and earth work and consisting the followings:-

INCOMING:- (a) MCCB with thermal based release 4 pole, 160 AMPS, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 36 KA -1 No OUTGOINGS:- (a) MCCB with thermal based release 4 pole, 63 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 16 KA - 1 No (b) MCB SPN, 32 AMPS, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 10 KA - 2 Nos

Supply and fix MCCB with thermal based release 4 pole, 100 AMPS, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 25 KA in and including Sheet metal enclosure outdoor type made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet mounted on angle iron pedestal including grouting complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/removing safely of existing high mast light fitting 9mtr high 09 Nos, light fittings complete and re-errection the same in other location including construction of suitable shallow foundation with PCC 1:2:4 concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour, Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour (2nos per mast required) all as specified and as directed.

CRANE

Designing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 2.00 ton capacity EOT crane Single girder as per IS:3177 of 2020, IS:807, IS:2266, IS:13834 (Part-I) & (Part-5), ISO:12488-I and other relevant IS codes for span 10 mtr and travel length cross travel and 19 mtr long travel) as per site requirement and hook height 4.5 mtr to 6 mtr Long travel speed Minimum 10.00 mtr / min ,Cross travese speed Minimum 10.00 mtr / min including gantry rails and stoppers and dampers at both ends of cross and longitudinal travel and four wire bus bar including access ladder two Nos maintenance platform of suitable size, electric wiring on proper insulator and brackets conforming to BIS with down leads for control of easy operation from floor level including Electrical panel all as per details mentioned in Data sheet (Appendix ‘A’) all as specified and shown in drawings and including the following:-

(A) MOTORS :- All the motors are Crane duty, squirrel cage type for Hoisting, LT & CT and will be 40% CDF with F Class insulation as per IS 325 latest edition. (i) One No. electric motor, Squirrel cage, 6 Pole crane duty IS:325 suitable capacity as per OEM of suitable HP (main Hoist) hoisting/lowering purpose.(ii) One No. electric motor, Squirrel cage, 6 Pole crane duty IS:325 suitable capacity as per OEM of suitable HP for cross travel motor.(iii) Two Nos. electric motor, Squirrel cage, 6 pole crane duty IS:325, of suitable capacity as per OEM of suitable HP for long travel motor. (B) Provision of “Down shop Lead” as per following specification:- Designing, manufacturing, supplying, Installation in position, testing and commissioning of 4 bar ‘U’ type galvanized iron conductor shrouded bus bar system of red, Yellow, Blue & Green complete with fully articulated sliding type ‘D’, metallic crane duty current collectors, duty fitted with sintered copper graphite cartridge with square bar, including designing suitable MS fabricated supports for mounting hanger clamps, splice covers, feed Kit, anchor clamp and covers all suitable for 2.00Tonne EOT Crane.

(C) BRAKE:- AC Electromagnetic brake having suitable size, one No for cross travel and two Nos long travel, one No additional Electro Hydraulic thruster brake for the hoisting motion complete all as specified. (D) ROPE DRUM:- The rope drum is Mild steel fabricated and stress relived fabricated/seamless pipe with full length with specially designed flexible coupling between Hoist Gear box & rope drum. (E) Wiring and cables etc as required upto the Panel board. (F) Any work not included above but considered necessary for efficient performance of EOT Crane shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

CHEMICAL EARTHING

M & L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required with 15x3mm copper strip all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing & applying polyuretane sealant polyseal-51/Episeal in expansion joints which includes cutting/opening the existing expansion joints, removal of existing sealant/bitumen etc. and laying polyseal-51/Episeal in the joints of size 30mm x 15mm all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing UG LT/HT cable from trenches, wall, floor and rerouting the same cable as per direction given by Engineer-In-Charge all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refilling CI/DI/GI pipe including fitting/fixture and clearing CI/DI/GI pipe of any grade in any size laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.
