M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement morter (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20 Ltr/bags on roof surface when concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for clearing the non accessible roof top surface of concrete and providing water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron each having thickness 3mm weight not less than 3 kg/sqm with 100mm overlap laid as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed with following courses of description below :- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.40 kg/sqm on prepared surfaces till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Second coat of bonding material using blown grade bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/sqm ( c) third course is laying APP based modified membrane described hereinbefore with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 100mm in tranverse direction, all joints and changes in all directions should be curved with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. (d) Fourth coat of bonding materials using blown grade bitumen 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/sqm (e) Apply a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm.

M&L water proofing treatment to accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100mm micron HMHDPE outer flim 20 micron each having thickness 3 mm weight not less than 3kg/Sqm with 100mm overlap laid as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed with following course of description below:- (a) 1st coat applying bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared roof surface till the surface is properly impregnated (b) 2nd coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (c) 3rd course ie. laying of APP Based modified membrane described herein before with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 150 mm in transverse direction, all joints and changes in all direction should be covered covered with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. (d) 4th course of bounding materializing blown grade bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm and over spread course sand for making roughening the surface to receive the next layer treatment

M&L for cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm, 22 mm thick, machine pressed (rubber mould type), confirming to IS-13801, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set and jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry and no pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm grade stone aggregate) as in padding duly mixed with liquid WPC @ 150 ml in 50 Kg of cement by weight, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The WPC will be measured and paid separately.
