Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 15mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as required) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of existing pipe any dia for insertaion of tee branch including hole in wall to pass the pipe out side for connection as per site requirment, including taking down old unserviceable tubing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE LT Cable of size 16 Sqmm, 2 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip or wire and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I), laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling, including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE LT Cable of size 50 Sqmm, 4 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip or wire and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I), laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling, including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, cutting of road and pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.)

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, for taking out old pipe and laying new pipe line, for laying cable etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and filling Local sand cushioning , with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR–Part-I before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- For measurement purpose puned thickness shall be measured and paid i.e 18cm.)

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing/laying GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore for protection of cable or earthing lead wire under hardstanding/fixed along poles/wall, laid in in trenches etc., including taking down old unserviceable tubing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Sleek Pressue die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant glass, energy saving, IP-65 protection, better optics for uniform distribution street/Roadway luminaire with high power LED 25/35 Watt compete fitting with driver, LED strip and all other accessories etc. suitable GI bracket and making electric connection with using twin core copper cable of suitable size including taking down old unserviceable light fitting any type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing connection of PVC insulated, unseathed multistranded, three core twisted copper flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light/fan point/call bell point controlled by one 5 Amp switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) heavy duty cable including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor multistrand FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) drawn into and including new concealed PVC rigid/non metallic conduit and connecting with existing CI/pressed steel terminal boxes including 3mm thick hylam brand IS-2036 marked, laminated top sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (A) One light point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way Note:- (a) Wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour

Labour for fixing of 4 Nos. rawl plug of suitable size (4" - 6") nuts & bolts, grouting work in RCC/brick wall, cemented works labour charges for cutting to existing GI pipe line of size 15mm dia in position for insertion of tee or branch connection jointing complete with necessary GI fittings, plumbing work all as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for cutting to existing GI pipe of size 25/20mm dia in position for addition/alteration or insertion of TEE for branch connection complete with cutting, threading and jointing/fixing including GI fitting as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
