Dismantling of existing brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof grouted in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of mud phuska as in roof of any thickness incl plastering and leeping etc (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 over roof slab and sunken portion f and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement, mixed with WPC and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified & directed.

3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over a coat of oil bound bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc having 75mm side lap joint and 100m end lap joint after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified & directed.

RCC Ceiling/Chajja/facia/stair repair up to height of 10 m from ground, applying 10mm thick bonding coat of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR bouding agent i.e. Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1 (Nitobond SBR 45): 1(water): 3 (OPC) by volume with the brushes etc to bind new cement plaster/ polymer modified plaster/ concrete/screed concrete with old surface including removal of loose / disintegrated old concrete/ plaster and applying 15mm thick plaster with polymer modified mortar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1:3 by weight 5 litres Nit bond SBR 45, 50 KG Cement with 13 litre water addition, finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface of ceiling, beams and alike complete all as specified & directed surface preparation etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviveable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Non skid, first quality ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
