Supply & dellvery of 12.5 Mtr. Polygonal High Mast Tower Pole in shaft shape, continuously tapered sections having dimensiens and thickness as reqd. in the design made from high tensile steel conforming to BSEN 10025 gr.S355, high Mast systern tower with 1 hp 3 ph motor (cu winding) trolly top ring moving crane incorporated as per modern mechanical standard as per IS standard standard dimension of Botom A/F 340 mn Top A/F 150 mm, body sheet thicktess of 3/3 mn, Baseplate PCD flange Dia (mm): 440 mm Foundatioun bolt cat.M24/750x6 with its accessories, Mast shaft shall be given in two sections, Hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS: 875/1987 part 3. It shall also incude accessories for High Mast Including Head frame with min. 1.5 mtr dia suitable for flood light lnstallations, inside wiring arrangernnet, loop box of IP-65 for o/g to luminaires on top mount on mast. Construction of sultabłe shallow rainforced foundation as per, standard design as per the manufacturer with 1:1 1/2: 3 cement concrete M-20 gr. for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/ sq. mtr, TMT Steel as per IS (05% of CC volume) and about said depth along wth suitable dimesion that conforms sfle bear of high mast with arround height of 300mm above ground, incl, all material and labour Incuding the cost of one set 6 Nos. of foundation nuts and bolts of M24/750mm x 6 Nos (provided with mast) made out of tor Steel and installation at site with wiring complete In all respect i.e. entire satisfaction of Engineer-incharge.Ths civil foundation work incl. for erection of12.5 Mtr high mast tower by earth work ln excavation of foundation trench approx, zone base of cc 900x 900x 1500mm & CC 900 x 900 x 300 mm faced up to base plate incuding removing soil and necessary trimming the side of trench leveling & dressing and around 3.25 sq m. soiling wth jhama picked bricks & M20 CC shallowed above soilng and under top foundation with 1.8 x1.8 mtr area of top foundaton and 150 mm depth complete as per modern engineering practice.

Erection of 125 mtr Hlgh Mast Over the civil foundation bolts with help of Trolley fixed moving crane (5 Tonne Capacity and using other modern engineering practices along wth luminaires installation to the end top ring bracket by sutable techiques nd means Incl. necy electrical connection in proper electrical system eg. socketing etc. complete

Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure

Dual Channel Digital 24 hr & Twilight DIN Ch. Timer Systemin Inside of a 165WG MS sheet panel box as per suitable dimension with GL above 1 Mtr (For Energy Saving Special Cut-off system as ref. on Comment Section*** Supply, Fitting, fixing & connection of following materials Switch gears list: (a) MNX12 contracter 2 No. (b) DPMCB Standard Rating & Make Apvd by EIC= 2 Nos (c) Time Switch (Digital)=2 Nos (accesories make: L&T/Legrand/Crabtree) etc connections incl chair 3 pole connector as I/C etc all complete as per modern engineering practice.

Supplying of mainline cable Power Supplier end to panel wiring cable incoming of 11kV gr. 4 core AL Armoured 16 mm³ make Polycab/Havells/Gloster/Finolex/ KEI make] with necy. Crimping sockets.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Supplying of 4 core 10 sq. mm unarmourded Cu Cable trailing cable inside through the pole

Supplying & faxing medium gauge 50 mm dia GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and Jointing metarials as required

Earthing Installation with Pipe Electrode: Earthing with 50 mm (ISI-M) dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1x4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. 5 & F 15 mm dia Gl pipe protection(1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.35 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) a hinged inspection cover of sire 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, Gl reducer Including drilling of 45 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the Gi pipe

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode

Soil Excavation for Earthing: Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft sol.

Equipment earthing: Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar Including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with Gl saddles as required and connection to equipments Ind. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

S&F Lightning conductor Air-terminals made of 15 mm dia 1500-mm long (Or 20 mm dia 1000 mm long) Gl pipe (ISI Medium) having five prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. duly grouted on thetop of the pole by suitable arrangement bolts screws etc. as reqd.

Aviation Warning SITC Integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure on the top of the pole by suitable means with necy, connections etc complete.

Supply & fixing of Marble Plaque metioning the work descrption & other details related to work/scheme to be fixed by masonary means at the suitable place as directed by EIC.
