PROVISION OF TOILET AND BATHROOM NEAR BUILDING NO. P-16 AT LEBONG UNDER AGE (I) DARJEELING

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of guage not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for old size brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40 mm thick damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 09 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.
