Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) or serviceable tilted Panel of any type and any size, from Location and removal from site all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply install, testing and commissioning Out door, in replacement of LT Distribution Panel Feeder Pillar (CPRI approved) Cubicle type,IP-56,outdoor type confirming to IS: 61439 Part I & II factory fabricated made out of outer cover with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet & inner cover with 2mm thick CRCA sheet of suitable size to accommodate all accessories / fittings, compartmentalized in costruction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing MCCBs feeders. The TPN busbars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC/Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. S & F in replacement of 11 kV CTs of ratio 100-50/5-5-5 class 5P10, 1&.05 S all as specified and directed by EIC.

Material and labour in replacement/repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 50mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe 40mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm with all conecting items buried in ground for additional earthing lead all asspecified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing Deep Freezer, Single phase AC 230 Volts, 50 Hz (BEE certified) with star rating with double door having nominal storage capacity of 300 Ltrs

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing, automatic voltage stabilizer, wall mounted type, single phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type designed for input variation between 130 to 300 Volt and output voltage stabilised at 230 Volts with accuracy of (+) 2.5% and capacity 2 KVA complete all as specified.
