50 MVA (ONAN/ONAF) 132/33KV Three phase Transformer with OLTC, SCADA Compatible RTCC, with all accessories and fittings complete in all respect INCLUDING ITS TESTING AS PER REQUIREMENT DETAILED IN ERECTION TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF TRANSFORMER (TRANSFORMER shall be PROVIDED by the JKPTCL and its erection, testing and commissioning has to be carried out under the supervision of representative of OEM and payment on account of supervision charges shall be made by the department).

ERECTION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF NIFPS AS PER INSTRUCTIONS AND SUPERVISION OF OEM AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT DETAILED IN NIFPS

Improvement of 33KV Transformer bay by way of retrofitting/repairing of Isolators mechanism boxes (including their terminal contacts and TB), repairing of its hinges, painting of Isolators mechanism boxes & MK if required, alignment of isolators their cleaning, tightening of nuts and bolts of structures, all clamps and hardware fittings of bay, replacement of worn out nut and bolt if any.

Making connection of ALREADY AVAILABLE Control Cables after checking their continuity, damage to the cables, their placement on the cable racks after proper identification in Transformer M.K and OLTC & checking of all connection in 132KV & 33KV Transformer C&R Panel, 132KV and 33KV Transformer bays

erection of NCT dismantled structure, erection of NCT, its control cable. Including some other miscellaneous works as per site requirement.

Connection of jumpers/dropper OF TRANSFORMER after carrying out job

CIVIL WORK COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT

Laying of 01 no. NCT foundation, Separate pipe earthing for NCT including diagonal earthing of NCT structure with 75*8 mm flat, Earthwork in trenches for all kind of soil 1.5x1.5x3 Mtr., Providing & fixing of G.I.pipe 2 inch dia, Providing & fixing of Copper Plate 600x600mm, providing & welding of MS Flat with pipe and structure 75x8mm for 01no. earthing and provision of Salt & Charcoal for earthing

Placement of under ground steel tank in a Pit made of brick walls with PCC (1:2:4) flooring with suitable cover plates as per the dimension of the tank to avoid ingress of rain water .

Improvement of Earth mat by using the tor steel of size 40mm dia and flat of size 75X8 mm respectively.

Levelling and grading of the Transformer bay/any other work and finishing the area by laying 100mm thick layer of morrum (compacted thickness) , 80mm thick compated thickness layer of 40mm nominal size metal over morrum layer over it 75mm thick PCC of ratio 1:3:6 nd then laying of 150mm thick layer of 20mm nominal size metal and providing the suitable slopes towards the nearest drains including the cost of labour hire charges of equipments and T&P, POL extra complete as per specification. constructional drawing and direction Engineer-in-charge.

Laying of foundation for NIFPS as per drawings of OEM

Miscellenous works such as repairing of 132 or 33 KV existing cable duct main as well as submain including repairing of cable trays, duct covers and flat bed and walls.
