Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

SH: REPAIRS TO BUILDINGS

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead :

With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm.

Renewal of old putty of glass panes (length) .

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

SH: Dismentalling & demolishing

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external / internal work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

SH: Market rate items

Uprooting of all unwanted pipal tree from brick masonary as well as RCC portionin the building i/c applying of of copper sulphate solution and refilling the same with rich concrete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and refixing to water supply line as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) of thickness 40 mm at all floor levels . The complete top surface finally finished with trowel with neat cement slury and making pattern of 300 x 300 mm sqm 3 mm deep complete . The whole terraces so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and final test . ( All above operation to be done in order and as direction and specified by Enginner-In-Charge).
