Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonery built in cement mortar in any position complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for brick work with Sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work finished even & smooth using extra cement. complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs ( for manholes etc,) chajjas, shelves and similar articals with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 set & jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately

Cleaning of sewage lines 100 mm dia/ bore pipe manhole to manhole by rodding and well flushing with water and removing muddy soil/sludge to a distance of 100 meter and buried into pits including sprinkling of bleaching powder over there all as specified and directed. Note- All tools and plants such Bamboo, rods sticks or flat stumps shall be arranged by contractor.

All as per item No 27 here in before but for 150 mm dia sewage line.

Labour only for cleaning of liquid sludge from soak wells/septic tanks and disposed off to a distance not exceeding 50 mr through open drain or spread over open space complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking out sludge including effluent from septic tanks/digestion chambers, mechanically by sewage dispensor/browser and disposed off sludge outside the campus, burried into pits and sprinkling of bleaching powder over there all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling in range mixing with saw dust including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling framed work timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for clean sawn second class hard wood in scantlings all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing hardwood 2nd class 40mm thick clean sawn boarding with nails and butt joints all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufactures instruction, and finished even & smooth without using extra complete all as specified and directed Note :- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.
