Erection of superstructure of 132 kV D/C toers and their extensions including all works above grond level and fitting of danger,number & phase plate etc but excluding hoisting of insulators, hardware and accesorries

Tack welding of all nuts anf bolts upto the height of one section of tower of 5 mtrs from the ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 120 degree space by 10mm/12mm space electrode and application of zinc rich paint on the affected surface including cost of all material.

Laying, Stringing, Tensioning clamping , jointing etc of all 3 phase ACSR Panther conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all neccesory hardware and accessories.

Stringing of 1 Nos earthwire 7/10 SWG including fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fitting, vibration damper etc including all labour nad T&P( One job defined as one location) Ref. Expressway BOQ 132 kV ORAI-MOTH LINE.

De-stringing of panther conductor including insulator hardware fitting conductor accessories such as clamp, tension clamp, suspension clamp , vibration dampers, armour rod etc of existing line , including rerolling of conductor in empty drums fro re-use,safely transportation of all removed material to UPPTCL store including cost of all labour and T&P.

Earthing of tower including the cost of coke & salt but excluding the cost of earthing material.

Installation of steel Reinforcement bars in R.C.C. foundation including cost of cutting, welding, binding and placing them in foundation pits.

Transportation of dismantled conductor and accesorries from site to UPPTCL store with loading & unloading. (dist- 40+40=80 km) Ref. Expressway BOQ 132 kV ORAI-MOTH LINE.
