Banker Details

Bidder should have authorized service center of CGL/ABB/ALSTHOM/Bharat Bijlee/ Kirloskar or any reputed motor manufacturer. Copy of authorization letter shall be furnished. The intended bidder should have proven experience in the field of complete repair/ reconditioning of LT/HT motors in preceding FIVE years i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26 in any Industries /Power utilities. In proof of the above, copies of work order and work done certificate with at least one single work order with the value not less than Rs.8.82/- Lakhs (excluding GST) issued by competent authority should be submitted. Work done value for previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year, in which tenders are invited.

The Annual Turnover of the agency should not be less than Rs.17.64/- Lakhs in any two of the previous five financial years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26. Scanned copies of Annual Turnover certificate with Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) certified by chartered accountant should be furnished as a documentary proof. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which tenders are invited.
