Item No 03 : Supply, installing, testing and commissioning out door type LT feeder piller box of suitable size, Floor mounted, CPRI approved factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, shutter in front and in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door with 4 side slanting roof duly projected and painted to both internal and external surfaces with powder coating paint in heat process of sheet and suitable for 500 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and including following accessories and mounted on PCC Plat form made out of PCC 1:3:6, 100 mm thick, 1 Mtr all round the panel board complete with the following items housed in : -

Item No 24 : Hiring of two motorcycle incl fuel with good ground clearance for project monitoring on daily basis in rough terain, muddy area, forest area, river side, off-road co nditions etc and complete all as directed. (900 km per month) Note: for item 1: 1 . The vehicle supplied by the contractor has to be of good road worthy condition with proper fitness certificate for fled work / any repairs pertaining's to running of vehicle in the field has to be cleared by the contractor immediately on demand by oofficers.
(2) The tenderer/contractor should maintain a log book with daily entries (i.e., starting kilometer reading, ending kilometre reading, starting time and ending time everyday). (3) All the expenditure involved in repairs & maintenance will be borne by the contractor. (4) Vehicles will be exclusively kept at the disposal of the officers - in charge. (5) All documents pertaining to the vehicle should be kept in the vehicle without fail. (6) The contractor should send the vehicle for periodical servicing at his own cost. Deptt will not pay any mileage run for such servicing. The cost of lubricant, taxes, insurance etc. will be to the contractor's liability.
