M & L for TMT steel bars Fe-500 D, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT steel bars Fe-500 D, 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia. cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note : RCC for plinth beam shall be measured and paid in this item only.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia. barbed with 2mm dia. barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of fencing posts or standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick as in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks Type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of RCC surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Concertina coil punched type 600mm dia., central core wire - made from high tensile spring steel - high carbon wire conforming to IS 4454/ Part- / Grade-Sm duly hot dipped galvanized with diameter starting from 2.5 mm, UTS 1670 N/sq.mm, heavy zinc coating with minimum 230 gms per sqm. Razor punched tape - galvanized steel strip as per IS 513/D.D Grade/ 2004, with concertina clips heavy duty J clips to be used for making concertina coils which is made from steel Fe 410 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings/ mouldings etc. including use of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel structural steel work (Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A) in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.
