Overhauling of departmental water tanker No. JK20-0169 by dismantling gear box, cleaning of all the parts with K/oil. Providing and fitting of 1 no. main shaft, counter shaft , 1 no. 1 speed gear 1no. 2nd speed gear and 1 no. 3rd speed gear, 1 no. 4th speed gear, 1 no. reverse gear, 2 no. gear shifting sleeves, 2 nos gear box bearing 1 no roller bearing 4 nos. clutch body ring, 1 set synchronizing ring, 1 set gear box joint, main shaft nut, clutch housing, oil seal, lock washer, 1 no top cover of gear box 1 no. shifting cable big & small assembling of all parts, filling of gear oil in the gear box, gear, bearing 1 no. RTV tube after refitting the tube. Providing and fitting of 1 no clutch plate assembly 1 no. clutch release bearing, 1 no clutch fork assembly 1 no. clutch cylinder assembly lower & upper. Assembling of all the parts. Overhauling of propeller shaft by dismantling cutting of old & worn out nut & bolt, cutting of worn out yoke and teeth set, providing fitting & welding of new yoke and teeth set 1 no centre bearing assembly complete, 10 no shaft bolts with nuts. Assembling and fitting of all the parts providing and fitting of 2 nos front centre bolts 2 nos front main leaf spring, 2 nos leaf spring 2nd , 2 nos. leaf spring assembling , 1 no leaf spring 3rd, 1 no leaf spring 4th, 2 nos leaf spring 5th, 6 nos u clamps with bolts 4 nos u bolts with nuts, 2 nos leaf spring pin and bushes, 1 no shackle, 1 no. new radiator, water body assembly, 1 set hose pipe set, 1 set fan belt, 1 no. turbo pipe. The complete job includes cost of material, labour and other unforeseen material ( complete job )
