Cutting existing water supply pipe and inserting Tee of size 200x200x150mm with reducer of 150mm for taking out new branch connection without taking out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, weather, dust and vermin proof LT cubical panel board factory made, indoor type, as per IS-8623 fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet epoxy powder paint by means of electro static gun after rogorous pre treatment comprising of cold phosphating process on all internal and external surfaces after due preparation of surfaces. The panel shall consist of 400Amp rating bus bar of high conductivity copper alloy for phases and half for neutral and shall be provided with colour coded head shrinkable sleeves, including bottom gland plate consisting of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/Rubber bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc., inside the enclosure the required No of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables, with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable of adequate quantity including 07 Nos Star Delta starters 20 Amps complete with over load relay, single phase preventer, reverse phase and under voltage protection etc. complete and connecting up to pumps including supply and suitable size copper cable from panel to pumps in and including PVC conduit concealed in floor /walls all as directed. The panel shall be provided with seperate comparments for each switch gear etc, with double stud hinged door, front openable with locking arrangement and suitable for 1100Volts grade, 3Phase, 415 Volts, 50 cucles, AC supply and to with protection shall be IP48. Note: Make of the Panel shall be L & T , Havells, Standard, C & S confirming to IS 8623 and IEC Pub-439-3(1990) or their approved manufacturer.

M & L for cutting through existing bitumenous road/PCC/floor of approx size width 500mm and depth 600 along cross section of the road for laying of GI pipe/ RCC pipe for encasing of cable or laying of CI/GI pipe line. After laying, repairing of the road to match with the the original finishing by PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded coarse aggrgates complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Bobbin Wound Pressure Sand Filter, vertical with suitable vertical support, foundation etc as per OEM recommendations for removing turbidities and suspended impurities of swimming pool water in recirculation as well as to up water. The pressure filters shall be suitable for operating pressure 2.5 Bar and made out of fibre glass reinforced polyester resin , totally anticorrosive and fitted with collector arms and diffuser made from Unplasticised PVC and polypropylene , resistant to salt water having filter bed height not less than 1.0m and 125mm dia inlet/outlet connections and other specifications as apended below, including supply and fix suitable frontal valve connections with single filter 5 valve battery system 125mm connections as per OEM recommendations of makes listed in Appendix 'C' complete all as specified and directed. :-

(a)Flow rate = 100 m³/hr

(b)Filteration rate = upto 20Ltr/Sec/m²

(c)Working pressure = 2.5 Kg/Sq.cm.

(d)Filter dia not less than 1800 mm (4 Nos for main pool & 2 Nos for diving pool), the filter media as per OEM specifications suitable for swimming pool requirements, shall be prefilled during commissioning and the frontal valve shall be as per OEM specification/recommendations and shall be suitable for the mode operations such as Filteration, Rinsing, backwash, Bypass and Draining.

(e)MOC: Polyster Resin Bobbin with Fibre Glass Filament winding

Note :- The cost of Chemicals like TCCA-90, Sodium Bisulphate, Copper Sulphate, sodium carbonate, DCCNa etc required for filteration during commissioning of the Plant are deemed to be included in the Unit rate quoted by the Contractor against this item. Complete water circulation/filteration system shall be tested at 6kg/sqcm pressure for 24 hours before closing the finishing of the exposed fittings and pipes and only after ensuring leak proof and no head loss of pressure the excavated portion shall be finished and the test certificate in this respect shall be recorded.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of Re-circulating Pump, single stage, horizontal, centrifugal, Self-Priming monoblock pumps incorporating C.I. casing and frame, stainless steel shaft, bronze impeller directly coupled to TEFC induction motor, 1500 rpm, 50 Hz AC, IP-54 protection, class F insulated, hydraulically and dynamically balanced to give vibration free operation, with mechanical seal arrangement, fixed on a base plate with suitable vibration eleminator pads complete all as specified & as directed with following parameters for main pool:- . Note: Out of qty 04 Nos as per Col 3 , three pumps will be working at a time and one pump will remain standby.

(b) Pump shall have Flow Rate of 70 m³/hr each

(a) Diameter not less than 300mm

(b) Height not less than 300mm

(c) FRP Ion Chamber 2 Nos with 8 pairs per cell 4 inch I/O FRP body - silver+copper electrodes in each chambers

(d) Silver/copper electrodes in each chamber

(e) Control panel & control unit with voltage and LED display meters

(f) Automatic polarity reversal serve with indication cables upto 3mtr to connect with chambers

(g) Inlet/Outlet Header line for ionizer -common header line -4 inch - refer schematic drawing attached for your reference

(h) Area to be fixed for ionization 8Feet x 8Feet in series with common header line for inlet & outlet

(j) Chamber inlet/outlet 4 inch

(k) Maximum pressure-2.5-3.0Kg/Sqcm with piping header line, flange, bolting inclusive of installation & commissioning of system

Supply & Fix High power under water light fittings IPX8 Protection LED not less than 55 watts (57VA), 12 V AC complete with all accessories consisting suitable niche for concrete pools along with 2.5m, 1.5Sqmm twin core copper cable and OEM branded PVC flexible water proof conduit upto the deck box including suitable PVC deck box all as directed all as per the makes listed under Appx 'C'. . . Note: Conduit and niche shall be fixed during concrete and light fittings wiring and all accessories shall be connected /fixed with water proof joints, sealants etc complete all as directed.

Supply, install, test and connect out door type, IP 65 protection control gear box for under water lights made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet supported with suitable angle iron frame work duly grouted on floor suitable for housing and including supply and fix the following in the control gear box complete including all internal wiring /connections all as directed:-

(a) Transformer 600VA, 230/12 V, 50 Hz: 03 Nos

(b) MCB TPN 30A, 10KA: 01 No as incomer

(c) Copper bus bar 63 A rating for 3 Phase and neutral duly insulated with proper colour coding as per standard specifications and Din channel for fixing the MCBs of incoming and outgoing feeders. The bus bar shall be connected for distribution of the out put of each transformer.

(d) MCB SPN 32 A, 10KA : 03 Nos ( for the input control of each transformer)

(e) MCB SPN 6 A, 10KA : 30 Nos

(f) Indicator lamps LED type for RYB: 03 Nos

M & L for submain wiring 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm FRLS copper cable PVC insulated in and including heavy duty PVC conduit and all conduit fittings duly concealed in wall/floor etc. along with one run of 2.5 sqmm copper cable PVC insulated as in earth continuity conductor all all as directed and connecting up complete. . . . Note: Conduit shall be sealed with water proof sealants for all joints complete as the submain in for pool light connections.

Supply and lay, connect the complete UPVC pipe as per IS 4985-2000, class 4 (PN) 8kgf/Sqcm, 40mm dia on wall, floor or in trench including all fittings and fixtures all as doirected.

Supply and lay, connect the complete UPVC pipe as per IS 4985-2000, class 4 (PN) 8kgf/Sqcm, 25mm dia on wall, floor or in trench including all fittings and fixtures all as doirected.

Supply and fix PVC heavy duty gate valve 40mm dia ISI marked all as specified and as dirrected.

Supply and fix PVC heavy duty gate valve 25mm dia ISI marked all as specified and as dirrected.

Supply only suction sweeper consisting of the following:-

(a) Heavy duty stainless steel SS 3.4 grade) vacuum head of size not less than 900mmx450mm with suitable best quality nylon brush, suitable rollars all as directed.

(b) Heavy duty MS trolley with suitable heavy duty nylon wheels, handle for pulling suitable for housing and supply and fix mono block mud pump with 3 phase 3 HP motor, suitable DOL starter alongwith 100 M of 2.5sqmm 4 core flexible cable, duly coiled in and including suitable spool all as directed.

(c) Nylon rope 25mm dia 40m long
