REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LT DISTRIBUTION EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION SYSTEM AT NAMKUM and KHOJATOLI AREA UNDER GE RANCHI

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying cable, hard/loose soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches with soil, including spreding, leveling, watering & well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to distance not exceeding 50 Mtr & depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Sand filling in cable trenches for cable protection with clean dry sand unwashed including gently put in trench

S&F for old size brick well burnt, laid flat, for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of MS Channel or angle section etc, complete.

S&F in replacement steel work such as in cross arms angle iron breaching supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from MS section confirming to grade FE- 410-0 or Fe- 310-0 including nuts, bolts, washers bending cold or hot drilling holes bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed included of one prime coat, one under coat & one finishing coat of aluminium paint and all as specified and directed.

M&L for pin type porcelain, virreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut , 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade.

M&L for Shackle type insulators type porcelain, virreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut , 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade.

Taking down HT/LT PCC pole including exacavation, earth work and demolation of concrete etc, and complete as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate finaltaper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 mtr long including excavation & earth work, PCC works with 1:4:8 type D2 of size .6mmX0.6 X1.5m for foundation and coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 45 cm dia and 45 cm hight etc and painting to pole with aluminium paint and black bituminous paint as specified in SSR-2009 Part-I including writing numbers and making 30 cm strips with alternative layers black & yllow paint upto 1.5 mtr height above the coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Re-stringing the ACSR conductor (Three phase, neutral, street light feedr & earth wire will be measured separately including binding with suitable size of aluminium conductor and disconnection of service wire/ cable and re-connection the same and proper jumpering the jumper connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in Charge Nore :- Line separator will be measured separately.

S&F in replacement XLPE insulated screen, PVC badded galvanized steel strip on wire armoured electric, power cables heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11 KV/ 6.35 KV grade, earthed system cross sectional area 95 Sq mm X 3 core laid in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed to wall/poles complete all as specified and directed Make: CCI/ICC/ Havells/Polycab/ Gloster/ICL.

S&F for GI stay assembly set comprising with & including 14 mm dia 400 mm GI stay boy, 20 mm dia 2150 mm long stay rod, 300 mm X300mm X 6 mm stay plate, thumble GI stay wire 7/8 SWG of required length , all as shown in Electrical Plate No1 of MES schedule Part-1 , with & including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC, etc complete.

Dismantling ACSR conductor from LT line complete as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for stringing and fixing of aluminium conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR) on LT poles including binding wire complete all as specified and directed at site of any type ACSR conductor and all as specifed and directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type jointing complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm all as specified and directed

M&L for Cradleles guardes, hexagonal/rectagular, fabricated with galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia.

S&F for pabbles filling size not exceeding 20 mm near pole structures/near gang switches etc completeall as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6.00 mm ,buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level)with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts of galvanized iron or steel including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt filling 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part-I 2004, 20 mm bore, GI watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long & GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board including making pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 and pre cast RCC cover 40 mm thick, reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 100 mm c/c both ways with lifting handles and funnel etc including testing as directed.

Supply and install HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horzontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 400Amps all as specified anddirected.

S&F drop out fuse assy 11 KV with 6 Nos Post insulators and channels etc triple pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tube light grade for passing through cables under for floor along the pole of 100 mm bore and fixed to the poles/ walls with suitable size of MS clamps and nut and bolts/washers etc including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Transportion stand by transformer of capacity 100 to 500 KVA from MES store yard to site (Distance not more than 25 KM) or vice versa by means of crane,trucks including installation and connection or de-installation and disconnection at location as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L Rewinding of Transformer of any capacity HT/LT coils using the same gauge of super enameled copper winding wire and replacing the old paper tape insulation, necessary insulation packing’s/ paper insulation etc with replacement of crap tape, prosen sheet, silphase brazing rod, HT block, LT block etc are included, all as specified directed. (Note –The coil replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge, insulation value matching as per manufacture’s design. Measurement shall be made of winding wire, consumed.

ON LINE dehydration/filtration with machine (not small filtration portable machine) complete all as directed of transformer pole mounted or platform mounted of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Complete testing of transformer consisting of IR value of both HT&LT side earth resistance of all the four earths, dielectric strength of transformer oil etc complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fill up transformer oil as in topping up/refilling of transformer having dieelectric strength not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap conforming to IS-335 by heating up and after filtration. ( transformer oil shall be filled after necessary heating moisture free with dielectric strength as specified avobe) Make;- Transol/power Oil or equivalent.
