Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed intelligent addressable multi criteria detector with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator base with visible LED suitable for 2 wires loop connection, complete with plug into common separate base & housing complete with connections etc. and to be fixed below / above false ceiling roof and concealed space with necessary support complete as required and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed intelligent addressable Manual call station suitable for semi flush mounting, IP 54, with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module including the word Fire appearing on the front with connections etc. complete as required and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed addressable Hooter-cum-strobe with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with adjustable sound level complete with termination etc.and to be fixed at wall/ surface etc. complete as required and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed Response Indicator i/c Mounting Boxes installed on surface/ recessed having two LED complete with all connections with termination/ connection etc.and to be fixed at wall/ surface etc. complete as required and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, installation, testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed addressable Monitor Module (input module) complete with connection/ interconnection etc complete as required and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying of 2Cx1.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having glass mica fire barrier tape covered by XLPE Insulation and LSZH inner bedding, steel wire armouring & LSZH outer sheath etc complete as required and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Laying of 2Cx1.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600/1000V rated in the existing surface / wall with suitable GI saddle complete as required and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of metal junction box for mounting of detectors / devices complete with connections etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of 15mm dia size suitable for sustaining the seat & water hammer effect, quartzoid bulb type sprinklers (UL, FM approved) of rating 68 degree centigrade with required accessories :

Supplying and fixing of Double door MS hose cabinet of size not less than 0.9 x 0.6 x 0.5 mtr made out of MS sheet 2mm thick suitable to accommodate hydrant with valve, 2 nos 15mtr. long hose pipe, 1 no. branch pipe, etc having central opening and 6 mm thick glazed glass doors (02 nos) suitably marked on the outside with the letter"FIRE" i/c necessary locking arrangement, mounting legs / concrete pedestal and duly painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of post office red shade complete as required.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of pressure gauge of 150 mm dia with syphon tubing, mounting accessories,0-21 kg/ sq.cm range with 15 mm dia stop cock valve, piping etc as required.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Cutting of existing MS pipe (upto 150 mm dia) for testing and connecting temporary dummy joint in the existing fire hydrant line various location at terminal building and rejointing MS pipe with the help of Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Dismantaling the existing MS pipe ( upto 150 mm dia) & stored at AAI store as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing reinforced neoprene rubber vibration eliminators/expansion joints (to provide relief from stresses at pipe flanges) suitable for upto 20 kg/cm2 pressure, complete as per specification.
