REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT OF RCC ROOF AND REPAIR TO CHAJJA / PARAPET, WATER TANK, GI TUBING AND RAIN WATER PIPE AT AF STN NAL

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position including any type of roof treatment, PCC padding, lime concrete, mud etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: All demolished material / debris will be disposed off out side the Air force station Nal with out any extra cost to the govt. Contractor should arrange dumping site to dispose off material.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall for inserting APP membrane and other works, size of grooves 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of grooves and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0,(using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, on junction of parapet, coping etc cement concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and including brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg/Sqm in roofs,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, mass concrete finishing as required gradient cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) laid by torch forced application over and including a priming coat using bituminous primer @ 0.40litre/ sqm as per manufactures instruction on concrete surface complete all as complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L 10mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound pidi proof LW @ 200ml per 50Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surface of roof and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L 20 mm thick pre-cast cement concrete tiles using 1:2:4 type B0(using 12.5mmgraded stone aggregate) set jointed and pointed in Cm 1:3 over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, PCC path, plinth protection, sub base and surface finished even and fair and including construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A' with size of panel not exc. 3.50 x 3.50m, laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing & connections , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing & connections , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 15mm bore of tube medium grade galvanized with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 20mm bore of tube medium grade galvanized with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors.

Refixing old steel tubing 15mm bore and connections in new or old position with new fittings including cleaning and Re-running old screw threads, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel tubing 20mm bore and connections in new or old position with new fittings including cleaning and Re-running old screw threads, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from RCC / PVC tank capacity of tanks exc. 250 litres and up to 500 ltrs by emptying, drying, cleaning with chlorine/washing powder by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank by removing inlet and outlet pipe and refixing inlet and outlet pipe, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from RCC / PVC tank capacity of tanks exc. 500 litres and up to 1000 litres by emptying, drying, cleaning with chlorine/washing powder by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank by removing inlet and outlet pipe and refixing inlet and outlet pipe, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks of any type and capacity exc 250 but n.exc 500 litres, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks of any type and capacity exc 500 but n.exc 1000 litres, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 500 litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, white colour, triple layers, conforming to IS, cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.
