DECORATIVE STREET LIGHT POLES - 7 mtr length (clear height) Street Light heritage architectural ornamental decorative pole having provision to fix decorative single arm bracket.The pole has ornamental base (Approx. overall dimension-height 700mm bottom dia 300mm) shall have a provision of inbuilt junction box for fixing MCB’s or cutouts with detachable window cover. The pole having heavy M.S. hollow round pipe of outer diameter 76 mm of 2.5mm thickness start from bottom of pole with cast iron decorative collar/rings for aesthetic look. along with the ornamental custom-made tubular design combo brackets details of the various portions are given in the drawing which is of nearly 900 mm width 800 mm height & which is made in combination of heavy-duty mild steel hollow pipe section nearly 60mm dia & 32 mm dia aesthetically straight armed with cast iron elements. A decorative element provided on top of the circular shape. The designs of cast iron to be welded to the brackets. Parts of Pole & bracket made of cast iron castings must be of FG-150 grade as per IS 210 (2009) standard Hardness must be in range between 130 BHN to180 BHN. Cast iron must have Chemical composition of Carbon -3.0% to 4.0% Silicon- 1.0% to 2.0% magnesium -0.5% to 0.7% sulpher -0.02% to 0.04% & phosphorous-0.07% to 0.09% this composition is best suitable for product strength & life. Color specification & finishing process must follow as per the ISI standard. All parts must be clean by SHOT blasting process. Further parts are painted in 4 layer coating(Coating thickness-125 to 150 micron) in which first layer with epoxy primer(to prevent corrosion) second layer with epoxy base colour than third layer polyurethane (PU) metallic paint Gold & final layer of polyurethane (PU) lacquer (to prevent ultra violets ray)

Making M- 20 grade reinforced cement concrete foundation by considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq.m at 1.5 m depth including supply of steel, concrete, excavation and fixing provided nut bolts with the help of template, duly plastered as per design complete (for 6m to 8m high octagonal /conical GI pole). Excavating hard Rock or bituminous road by chiselling for preparing pit for pole / stay/earth plate / for laying cable/ pipe & clearing the site by removing debris & making the site as required complete. (16-1-5)
