Replacing of roof sheet and Painting of steel structures in Check Post No.1 at VOCPA.

Dismantling G.I. sheet roofing including ridges, hips, velleys, gutters, etc., and stacking the serviceable materials and dispostal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Precoated metal sheet 0.45mm for Roofing with hot dipped galvanised prepainted steel sheet for roof of make TATA or equivalent including cost of metal sheet, conveyance, fixing the sheet with necessary clamps / screws and labour charges for fixing sheet etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removing the old paint and rust from steel structure by manually using power tools/ hand tool, steel wire brush and sand paper and applying one coat of Rust-O-Cap self primer (DFT 100 microns ) over steel structure and one coat of Epoxy MIO for intermediate (DFT 100 microns) and two coats of polyurethane - Apcothane CF 675 paint ( DTF 35*2= 70 microns) of using different shades after scrapping the old paint, rust and throughly cleaning the steel surface etc., complete and as per the direction and satisfaction of the Departmental officers. The rate inclusive cost of all materials, labours and T&P etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying the structural steel, MS Flats, Square Rods, Angles, Channels etc., for vertical members / bracing /stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer).

Applying TWO coat of Exterior (APEX) of approved quality over the existing wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing, Supplying and Laying factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete 60mm thick Paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patten over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block to the required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., including all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of 5 mm thick glass superior quality at middle portion and Bison Panel of 8 mm thick at top and bottom in partitions with necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), cleat angles, fully threaded metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws including drilling holes wherever required. Cost including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
