Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer -in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1.00mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :(i) Two or more coats on new work including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

French spirit polishing including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.(i) Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler

Providing and fixing Bamboo double scaffolding system on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 100 mm dia Bamboo 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical joining with rope in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts

Disposal of moorum/ buil;ding rubbish/ malba. Similar unserviceable , dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, Transporting, unloading to approved Monicipal dumping ground for all lead & Lift, complete as per dierection of Engineer- in Charge.Note:-Item to be applicable in urban area having directions for restricted hours movement/ plying of load carring motor vehicle of 3.5 cum. or More.
