Clearing jungle including up rooting of rank vegetations grass,push wood trees and samplings of grith upto 30 cms measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of area cleared

Tractor with trolly including POL and driver.for waste collection from Surface Dressing and Jungle Cleaning

water tanker with sprinkler 5000 lit. or above cap.with POL/Drier Including filling of water etc.

Providing hydraulic excavator cum loader including POL & driver 1 cum bucket

Excavation (by machnical/manual mean) in foundation in mixed soil with Moorum, shingle, kankar, bricks (requiring the use of special tools and plant such as pickaxes, sabbals etc.) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth ad directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowarah and basket etc. complete

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made old kerb stone in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 1:2:4 including supply of all materials labour tools & plants etc reguired for proper complection of the work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete As per DSR 2023/13.80

Painting or varnishing work in small areas or new wood work with one coat (upto one square metre of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the ISI no. 103-1950.
