Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a)In cement mortar

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured): (a)From brick work in cement mortar

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : (a)1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : (a)1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : (a)Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :(a)Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. (a)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 35 in foundation and plinth in: (a)Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : (a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix : (a)1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : (a)New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).
