Taking photograph of the specified trees, after transplantation showing its Number clearly, and other details so, as to recognize properly, developing, printing and handing over one copy of each photograph with album, including its digital CD version etc. complete as directed by E.I. C.

Taking videograph of the specified trees before & after transplantation showing its Number and other details including the entire operation such as trimming the tree, making the ring, removal of tree, roof treatment, lifting by crane, transplantation at specified locations, excavation of pits, filling with soil, manure, watering, editing the CDs by allocating approx. 15 minutes time for each tree, etc. as directed by E.I.C.

Transplanting of specified tree by pruning suitably as directed excavation of trench around the root ball of the tree at least one meter away from the trunk, cleaning of the site where the trees are to be transplanted, excavation of receiving pit of size 2.0X2.0 X 1.0 mtrs, filling it with 50% excavatd good quality soil and 50% with good quality red garden soil & good quality FYM, in 1:1 proportion(cost of soil & manure is taken in Item no 5 & 6 ), saturating it with water for atleast 4 to 5 days, cutting the roots of trees sharply without damaging them excessively, wrapping of the whole trunk of tree with hesian cloth to avoid damage to the bark while lifting Transplanting, lifting & shifting of the tree to the site of transplantation (within DAE township Anushakti nagar & Mandala) providing proper support after transplantation where ever required, applying growth hormones and fungicides to the trees, etc all as required and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cutting of Specified trees only identifide by Engineer-in-Charge from ground level, taking out the roots upto three feet depth, and area should be levelled properly. All the cut wood & its branches shall be removed from site quickly, disposing the branches, leaves roots & twings at dumping ground at behind tapti ground, Cutting of trunk into logs for transportation & clearing of site immediatly, all as required and directed by E.I.C.

Small -mid size trees : Girth 1-4 ft

Medium size trees : Girth 4-9 ft

Providing & Spreading of red garden soil free from grass roots, stones, pebbles etc, at the site directed by & as per specifications of Engineer-In-charge (Qty will be measured as per truck body measurements filled with red soil without deduction of voids)

Providing & Spreading of Farm yard manure free from stones, pebbles etc, at the site directed by & as per specifications of Engineer-In-charge (Qty will be measured as per truck body measurements filled with red soil without deduction of voids)

Providing and planting following trees 6 ft.clear trunk with 6" inch girth & specified height of the trees (bag size 21"X 21") , including digging pit of 1m x 1m x 1 m & filling pits with mixture of approved quality red soil and farm yard manure in 1 : 1 proportion, (excluding cost of red garden soil & manure) consolidation of the pits by watering , profuse watering after planting of trees including cost of trees, labours ,loading & unloading , transportation , tools & plants, etc. all complete & as directed by the Engineer - in-charge. Note: 1. The new trees planted should be geo-tagged as per the guidence of tree authority MCGM.

Chafa (Plumeria rubra ) , Ht- 8 feet

Mahogany (Swienia mahogany),Ht- 8 feet

Kanchan (Bauhinia spp), Ht- 8 feet

Painting the number on already identified trees having girth more than 150 mm. The painting size of number shall be in square of 150 mm X 150 mm painted in back & numbered in white thick synthetic enamel paint. At site as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge & as per specifications. Note : Any dry scale formation on the skin of the tree shall be scratched/removed suitably as no harm to the trree.
