Taking down point wiring (light, fan, socket and power complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendents , regulators, sockets, light fittings, fans and geyser etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for refixing or for taking credit ( credit for said items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer incharge.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper conductor cable FRLH/S of size 1.5 sq mm in and including PVC casing caping of required width with all necessary fittings with sunk cast iron /pressed steel terminal box of1.6mm wall thickness and 3 mm thick laminated sheet top cover for mounting switches including 1.5 sq mm FRLH/S PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor as earth lead and connected to common earth doly for one light / ceiling fan/exhaust fan controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer incharge.

All as per item No.2.00 mentioned here-in-before but using 2.5 sq mm size stranded copper conductor cable for one 16 amp switch socket outlet on independent board including 2.5 sq mm FRLH/S PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor as earth lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Switch piano flush type, single pole one way, 5 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65 x 50 mm,three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling fan regulator electronic Step type, solid state, , 240 volts, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F MCB plug in socket SPN enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket completew ith one MCB single pole 240v 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and hanging new ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete with all the connection as directed. NOTE- Unserviceable fans to be deposited in MES Storeyard.

S&F Exhaust fan steel body AC single phase 240 V of size 300 mm sweep with blades and frame and louvres, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Exhaust fan steel body AC single phase 240 V of size 380 mm sweep with blades and frame and louvres, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Exhaust fan steel body AC single phase 240 V of size 450 mm sweep with blades and frame and louvres, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing new wall/ cabin fans of 450 mm sweep, 240V 50 Hz, 1350 RPM 100CMM air delivery complete with all the connection as directed. NOTE- Unserviceable fans to be deposited in MES Storeyard.

Supplying and fixing new Pedestal fans of 450 mm sweep, 240V 50 Hz, 1350 RPM 100CMM air delivery complete with all the connection as directed. NOTE- Unserviceable fans to be deposited in MES Storeyard.

S&F 5 star rated water heater (geyser) white storage type steel body with MS ineer tank with glass line coating and heating element upto 2KW, capacity 25 ltrs energy effieceint, BEE 5 star rated with complete connecting upwater heater/geyser including required hold fast 10 cm long with washers and accessories , complete and taking down existing tank, if there all as specified and as directed. Note:- Unserviceable geyser to be deposited in MES Storeyard.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia and connection from Floor, Walls, Ceiling or laid in Floors or any other Situation complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Laying Steel Water Tubing 15 mm Bore (dia), Galvanised, ‘Medium Grade’ with all Fittings, fixed on Floor, Walls, Ceiling or laid in Floors or any other Situation, complete as all specified and as directed.

Cutting chase, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of laddings, steps, cills, sushades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting chase for concealed water tubing or concealed coduit wiring etc and making good cutting grith n exc 10 cm girth on brick walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore concealed stop cock, cast copper alloy, chromium plated , screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Chromium plated Bib taps for 15 mm bore of pipe incl necessary fittings & fixtures complete all as specified & directed
