Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) as in roof, floors (other than ground floor), beams, staircases, landing chajjas and similar suspended work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment such as old APP membrane, polythene film, mud phuska and the like, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Wire brushing & cleaning top surface of cement concrete including flashings and junction of parapets/ walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3Kg/ Sqm including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface of roof or terracing surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (NOTE: WPC to be measured and paid separately).

Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, and filling solidily with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (By weight), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying one coat of primer conforming to IS: 3384-1986 over plastered surfaces @ 0.40 litres/Sqm of density 0.87-0.89kg/litres at 25°C and viscosity 70-160CPS ( primer shall be of same make as of memebrane), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

APP (Atactic Poly-propylene polymer) modified membranes, five layered, 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm, having a centre core of polyester non-woven mat (FP) reinforcement dipped into APP modified mix and sealing all the over laps 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side of membranes by torching as per manufacturer's instructions by authorised applicator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting water tanks, setting aside and re-hoisting, refixing in position after carry out roof repair including reconnection of capacity 500 ltr, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc. 250 ltrs & n.exc 500 ltrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity (cylinderical vertical with closed top) and make hoisted and fixed in position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brass valve, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule fixed for 20mm bore pipe fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Stop valve, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe for unions of 15mm bore fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15mm thick rendering cement plaster in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete as in ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Two coats of all weather exterior paint over a coat of primer on walls including prepration of new plastered or unplastered surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Two coats of white wash on newely plastered surface on ceilling including prepration of surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-15, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cills, steps, chajjas parapets bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing building material etc ( other than spoils) to a distance of 500 metre including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down GI water tubing of 15 mm bore including connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down GI water tubing of 20 mm bore including connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing 15mm old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling and floors etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing 20mm old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling and floors etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Galvanised steel water tubing,15 mm bore, medium grade, with all fittings/ fixtures, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Galvanised steel water tubing, 20 mm bore, medium grade, galvanised water tubing with all fittings/ fixtures, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
