Sub Head -I: Supply Portion:
Supply of factory assembled, compact, closed coupled, multi cylinder air/ water cooled electric start Ready to Use (RTU) type, Diesel Engine Alternator set with suitable acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms capable of delivering of minimum full load capacity of 200 KVA at site conditions (at NTP) complete with base frame, AVMs, 180 AH lead acid semi-maintenance free battery or as per starting system of the engine or as recommended by the manufacturer, residential type silencer as per CPCB Approval and MS B class exhaust piping and bellow type flexible piping up to silencer, fuel tank, Diesel Engine of minimum 248 BHP at 1500 RPM with AMF control panel and as per the make & specifications attached. (KOEL - Model 6SL 1500TA G2, 248BHP OR BSNL approved )
Sub Head -II : I.T.C Portion:- Installation Testing and Commissioning of the 200 KVA E/A set with acoustic enclosure and AMF control panel with all equipment’s, accessories and associated items on the existing cement concrete floor / foundation including providing necessary fuel MS piping and conducting Acceptance Testing of the Engine Alternator by arranging necessary consumables like Lube oil, fuel oil, providing artificial resistive load with cabling, switching arrangements etc. for Acceptance Testing of E/A set (i.e. running of E/A set on full load for 6 hours and running on 10% overload for 1 hour) including topping up of lube oil up to full mark and filling of extra fuel up to a level suitable for 2 hours full load working, etc. as per specifications attached.
S/F 6" dia 'B'-Class MS pipe for extending exhaust lines from residential type silencer with suitable supporting arrangement from wall / floor / ceiling at suitable distance including Cutting, jointing, welding with all accessories like flanges, bends, nuts & bolts , gaskets ,rain guard etc & making opening in the wall for exhaust pipe and finishing the opening etc complete as required.
Providing .thermal insulation with glass wool thickness 50mm and 24 gauge Al. cladding for exhaust pipe inside the canopy as required and 1 No. residential silencer. (Measurement is on outside perimeter)
