Removal of unhygenic materials (so classified by the site Engineer) from designated sites and its disposal as per directions, by manual or mechanical means all inclusive.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 1 0sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr. including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed including dewatering wherever required during execution in: All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying of dry stone soling in foundation on horizontal level including watering, ramming, loading, unloading and all carriages, leads , lifts ,head loads complete job including dewatering complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level.1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Crushed including all carriages, leads & lifts head loads and dewatering complete job.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering. shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level. 1.1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) crushed including all carriages, leads, head loads, lifts complete job.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars including all carriages, leads, head loads and lifts complete job.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for· Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for concrete.

Preparation of sub grade by excavating earth ot an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller including making food the undulation etc. and disposal of surplus earth upto dumping site as directed by site engineer.

Supplying & filling of earth from approved source to site, free from rank vegetation and rocks including royalty, loading, unloading and all carriages upto the site of work complete with all leads and lifts, breaking of clods, spreading, leveling, watering and consolidation of each diposited layer of not more than 20 to 22 cm thickness with power road roller 8 to 10 metric tonne in layers. (Shrinkage of 15% shall be deducted at the time of payment).

Supplying, Stacking and laying of graded stone aggregate at site of size range (Base course) 90mm to 45mm quarry, stone screening/chippings of 13.2mm nominal size, morum including screening, sorting, spreading to template and consolidation with PRR of 8 to 10 Tonne capacity etc complete including cost and carriage of material loading/un-loading and all taxes complete job in all respects.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation, finishing and tamping carraiages leads lifts complete.
