b. Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Soft disintegrated rock, laterite, soft rock or kankar, not requiring blasting.. Including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete.

c. Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in medium rock and dense medium rock not requiring blasting. Including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete.

Drilling holes of 32 mm dia – 0.90 m deep in Hard granite surface, fabrication and fixing 20 mm dia RTS grip rods inside the drill holes for Anchor rods and above ground level of total length of (0.90+0.90)=1.80m in all length grouting the same with cement slury or resin capsules at 750mm spacing including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges etc complete., as directed by Engineer in charge drawing and specification.

Filling the foundation with M sand with watering proper consolidation including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 mix using 40mm HBG metal cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing, labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Base slab

Providing and laying RCC 1:2:4 mix using 12-20 mm HBG metal cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing, labour charges etc., complete a. Base slab

Providing and laying RCC 1:2:4 mix using 12-20 mm HBG metal cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing, labour charges etc., complete b. stem (wall)

Supplying and laying in position of RTS/TMT rods for reinforcement including transporting, cutting charges, bending, tying including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges etc complete

Supplying and fixing 110m dia PVC pipe for weep hole including cost of cutting and fixing in RCC wall, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete

Back filling with earth and rubble including cost of consoildation by watering by layer by layer including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete. ( All Items for the above basic price is inclusive of EPF and ESI)
