Line material such as 11 KV Cross arms 11 KV pin, 11 KV pin insulator, 11 KV Disc, Stay rod, Stay wire ACSR weasel conductor, GI Wire, MS angle iron & MS Channel, TPMO, Fuse Set, AB Cable etc.

250 KVA T/F including complete related material required for transformer by crane

Cartage of following material from JE, Store to site of work including loading & unloading at both ends :-

Erection of PCC Pole 8.5 mtr. Long/STP Pole 11 mtr long after digging a pit of size 1.20 x 0.60 x 1.6 mtr in all type of Soil including back filling of the pole with proper ramming after completion of work.

Fabrication and fixing of all 11 KV HT/LT Line

Erection of Double pole on PCC/STP after digging a pitt of size 1.20 x 0.60 x 1.6 mtr in all type of Soil for each pole including back filling of the pole with proper ramming after completion of work.

Fabrication and fixing of MS angle and MS channel, fixing all 11 kv accessories TPMO, Fuse set, 11 kv pin insulators as per double pole

Mounting of 250 KVA T/F by Crane with proper jumpring of HT side and fixing of cable on LT side

Making a section pole to exist pole jumpring of HT side and all 11 kv accessories

Erection of stay rod complete after digging a pit of size 1.20 x0.60 x 1.6 mtr and grouting the same in block of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30 mtr and nuzzling at the both ends and filling the pit with excavated earth soil with proper ramming.

Laying lifting stringing of proper sagging of ACSR weasal/rabbit conductor for 3 phase, 3 wire 33 KV line including binding & jumpering properly.

Laying, lifting & sagging of LT line ABC Cable of size

95x3+1x70+1x16 mm

Laying, lifting of LT line LT XLPE cable of size 3.5x240 mm

Earthing of each 11 KV line & T/F properly after drive of electrodes if size 20mm x 250 mm and connection the earthing point with GL wire.

Grouting of PCC/STP Pole as per respo

Fixing of LT distribution box on support and making the proper connection

Cutting & chopping tree branches near side of line for making the clearance between line and tree

Providing and fixing stay clamps

Providing and fixing Holding clamps.

Providing and fixing LT Clamps

Providing stay insulator

Providing and fixing bolts and nuts

Construction of Plinth of 250 KVA T/F
