Earth work in odinary soil with in 50 meters in intial lead and 1.5 meter intial lift including rough dressing and breaking clod to maximum 5 c.m. to 7 c.m. laying in layer not exceeding 0.3 meters in depth with all leads lifts and delifts including dressing, levelling the bed and depositing the excavated material away from the work site with all lifts, leads , sundries, T&P required for the work, labour and labour cess etc including cost & conveyance of materials,royalty of material etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineering in charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand of approved quality,watered and rammed including cost & conveyance of all materials, royalty of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials with watering and ramming including cost & conveyance of all materials, royalty of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40 mm hard granite crusher broken aggregates metal per 1 cum free from weathered skin surface, dust and any other deleterious materials including rigid smooth centering machine mixing, watering, compacting with vibrators, hoisting and laying in position for a finished smooth surface and curing with all leads, lifts and delifts, hire and running charges of machineries construction including cost & conveyance of all materials, royalty of materials, fitting and fixing of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick (23cm x 11cm x 8 cm ) size having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2% in cement mortar(1:6) in plinth and foundation including cost & conveyance of materials, royalty of materials, T & P required for the work,sundries, labour and labour cess etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with CB 12mm and downgraded size chips per 1 cum free from weathered skin surface, dust any deleterious materials including rigid smooth centering and shuttering, using concrete mixure, hoisting and laying in position for a finished smooth surface, including cost and conveyance of materials, curing, compacting with vibrators,labour and labour cess,royalty,T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply, fitting, fixing, straightening, bending, binding and placing in position of uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete including cost & conveyance of all materials, fitting and fixing of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

2.5 cm AS flooring of 1" thick with cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm hard granite crusher broken aggregates metal per 1 cum free from weathered skin surface, dust and any other deleterious materials including cement punning, machine mixing, watering, compacting with vibrators, hoisting and laying in position for a finished smooth surface and curing with all leads, lifts and delifts, hire and running charges of machineries construction including cost & conveyance of all materials, royalty of materials, fitting and fixing of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm thick C.P. in C.M. (1:6) inside wall of brick masonary or stone masonry finished smooth including racking out joints including cost & conveyance of all materials, royalty of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Data for 1 sqm.

16 mm thick C.P. in C.M. (1:6) outside wall of brick masonary or stone masonry finished smooth including racking out joints including cost & conveyance of all materials, royalty of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Data for 1 sqm.

Supplying fixing and fitting of GCI sheet of 0.30mm in roof and wall including drilling of holes for wind ties, fixing on ridges velley wind ties, cost of all materials, T & P required for the work, labour and labour cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, fixing and fitting of MS 96x48x4.8 mm hallow rectrangular pipe in wall and roof including cost of all materials, T & P required for the work, labour and labour cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing and fitting of MS Door shuter including cost of all materials, T & P required for the work, labour and labour cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
