Technical Supervision, Monitoring blast vibration levels on regular basis at critical locations for every Control blast at 5 (five) designated locations (fixed) by deploying standalone seismographs with 1 (one) technical person from an expert agency (NIRM- National Institute of Rock Mechanics, Bangalore ). The scope of the Item includes : i. Monitoring the data at each location. ii.Forwarding the monitored vibration event report as pdf on daily basis along with air overpressure values. iii.Ensuring adherence to latest safety norms during the operation of Control blasting. iv. Providing Site specific technical guidance as required during the excavation by control blasting at critical locations for HWPF Project (upto the required depth as per drawing) such as near steam line, RAPS 3-4 Boundary wall etc. expert agency (NIRM- National Institute of Rock Mechanics, Banglore ). Note: The payment will be made to the contractor after completion of excavation of the area upto the required depth as per drawing.
Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500 mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 or latest revision and direction of Engineer Incharge (only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work to be executed by approved agency and specified guarantee for 10 (ten) years shall be furnished by the contractor.

TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor from the own plants of SAIL, RINL or TATA make or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards only using virgin materials All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials Note : (1) The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also testing third party from approved laboratories with out any extra cost. (2)PVC coated binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment.(3) Cover blocks shall be of same grade of concrete
Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Providing Centering and shuttering using Slip formwork system including strutting and propping etc. with steel surface so as to produce neat form finished concrete surface not requiring plaster as per specification above plinth level at all heights and removing the same for RCC works including removal of fins, ridges and abrupt irregularities by grinding, filling of holes left by form, ties and rods, cleaning up of loose and adhering debris etc. completed as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Project Engineer. Note: 1) Only steel staging (acrow or equivalent) will have to be used for all structural/RCC work such as slab, beam, chajjas etc for all floors at all levels/heights. 2) 2) Abrupt changes in surface of concrete, mortars fins at formwork joints shall be evened out by chipping, grinding and finishing with cement mortar curing etc as directed by Project Engineer all at his own cost. 3) The design of formwork shall be submitted for approval before commencement of work.
Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardner topping under layer 38 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and top layer 12 mm thick wearing surface with metallic floor hardner, cement being mixed with metallic floor hardner of approved quality and make or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards in the ratio of 4:1 (4 cement and 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and this cement hardner compound mixed with 6 mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including providing and fixing 30 X 3mm glass strip,This includes cost of cement slurry, finishing to the required finishing and cleaning neatly while handing over the areas etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.

Designing, supplying, fabricating and installing Curtain glazing / structural glazing framework , Doubly glazed vertical curtain walls consists of self bearing structure composed of 50 mm wide (as per design requirement) aluminium mullion and transom of jindal / hindalco / Bharuka curtain wall series . Structural sections shall have two channels to ventilate the glazing compartment and to drain water infiltration outwards. Transom, 50 mm wide, are fixed to the mullions with self-tapping screws and with a specific fitting (the same for the whole transom gamut) that allows the frontal insertion of the profile. Special care to be taken to control thermal expansion of curtain wall grid elements. Mullion expansion joints are shall be covered with a synthetic anti-friction material to avoid metal to metal contact. Finishing trims connecting parapets and floors shall be provided by the specially designed sections.The curtain wall glazing shall be provided with side-hung or turn and tilt thermally insulated windows with hidden wing or top-hung self balanced windows with structural glazing as applicable. SECTIONS : Anodized aluminium extrusions satin finished (Min 25 Micron) in approved colour and shade, to conform EN AW-6060 T66 alloy (mechanical properties according to standard EN 755-2) homogenized billets with minimum alloy tolerances. Dimension tolerances are in compliance with UNI EN 12020-2 standards. THERMAL BREAK : Thermal conductivity (depending on thermal break elements and gaskets adopted) calculation to be provided in shop drawing as per EN 13947 for the curtain wall system. The thermal barrier to be made by inserting a low thermal conductivity section, between mullion and pressure plate. GASKETS: Both static and dynamic gaskets are to be made of EPDM (ethylene-propylene elastomer) and their characteristics shall comply with DIN 7863 standards. ACCESORIES: Expansion joints for the mullions and brackets for transoms to be made of primary aluminium EN AW-6060 alloy. Seal joint-covers for joining between the different elements are made of a reinforced synthetic material. Providing , supplying and fixing Dry stone Granite Wall cladding on external façade with not less than 30mm thick Granite slabs as specified (Sample of Granite slab shall be got approved by enginner -in-charge)including necessary structural steel framework, stainless steel clamps with joints / grids filled in with weather silicon sealant complete all as per specifications and drawings and as approved by EIC. The Steel work shall be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by EIC. Shop drawing o be provided for approval and Samples to be got approved by Architect. Minimum consumption of structural steel sections in framework for dry cladding shall not be less than 14.95 kg /Sq .M. Note: (1) This includes all the requisle arrangments for dry cladding work and nothing to be paid extra. (2)Structural steel conforming to IS 2062 shall be supplied & to be procured directly or from their outorised dealers and test certificate to be produce. (3) The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchnse of steel, test cirtificate from approved manufacturers and also third party testing from approved laboratories with out any extra cost.
