M&L for applying one coat of epoxy resin (FAIR BOND EP) on old concrete surface of ceiling and beams, column,chajja, stair case etc @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm including complete removal of rusted portion of reinforcement and preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer's instruction complete and applying 25 mm thick (average thickness) of cement and sand (fine grit) in ratio 1:4 mixed with cloride free spray concrete plastericiser (spray crete) as per manufacture instructions with gunniting machine of pressure capacity not less then 5 Kg per Sqm and finished the surfaces even and smooth in cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (for bldg height upto 12 mtr) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, welding , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with or with welding to existing reinforcement and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair projecting type hinges for steel window / ventilator by welding complete all as specified and directed (for bldg heights upto 12 mtr high) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Grit wash(washed stone Grit plaster) shall be provided as per following specifications:- (a) applying Under layer 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces incl mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions and the surface shall be further roughened by furrowing with a scratching tool. (b) grooves of size 20x15 mm shall be provided to form a design pattern with tapered wooden battens fixed with nails and remove carefully after finishing. (c) applying 15 mm thick grit wash with 15% colour and 85% white 6 to 12mm marble stone chipping incl 35 % white cement and 65% grey cement and mixed with 50% white marble powder of approved quality. (d) before application of top coat,the surface of the under coat shall be cleaned and a coat of cement slurry @ 2 Kg/sqm shall be applied. (e) Finished surface of top coat after initial set shall be scrubbed and washed with suitable brushes and water mixed with H2SO4 @5%. Scrubbing and washing shall be continue till the stone chipping are sufficiently exposed to its natural colour. (f) A sample shall be got approved from GE,before starting the work. (g) Marble stone chipping of size 6 mm to 12 mm of approved colours and marble powder of approved quality.

Material & labour for 75mm bore PVC floor traps plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified & directed.
