Complete removal of existing treatment on walls & conrices etc and applying alkali resistance priming paint for preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls incl washing, rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (White or tinted) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reparation of old decorated surface of walls incl washing, rubbing down and stopping and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion,white or tinted ,complete all as specified .

All as per Sl Item No 4 here-in-before but on ceiling.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying 3mm thick wall care putty with approved make complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated/unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint over old decorated surfaces of walls or ceiling of any description over 10cm girth or width,otherwise specified including preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall all as specified and as directed/manufacturers instruction.

M&L for applying one coat of Synthetic enemal paint over old decorated surfaces of walls of any description over 10cm girth or width,otherwise specified including preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall all as specified and as directed/manufacturers instruction.

M&L for applying one coat of acrylic weather coat premium quality antifungal exterior emulsion to old painted surface of wall including preparation all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coat of acrylic weather coat premium quality antifungal exterior emulsion to old painted surface of wall including preparation all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based surfaces by knotting, stopping etc of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on walls all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (including as in patches also).all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying 3mm thick extrnal wall care pitty and finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more cot applied @ 1.67 lit/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm. all as specified and as directed/manufactures insruction.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior weather coat paint of required shade (Two or more cot applied @ 1.67 lit/10sqm over and including priming coat of exteriior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm. all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior wheather coat paint of required shade (Two or more cot applied @ 1.67 lit/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat alkali resistant primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall of any descripation all as specified and directed as per maunfacutres instruction.

M&L for three coat of white wash over newly plastered surface of ceiling all as specified and directed as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whitening in newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M & L for writing letters/figures (Block, Roman,Italic or Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint not exc 30 cm high complete all as specified and as directed.
