Manninig and operation of electric supply system in three shifts, each shift of 08 (eight) hours including Sundays & Holidays by deploying the man power as mentioned below for entire system comprising of DG sets 250 KVA -02 Nos, 125KVA -02 Nos 35KVA -02 Nos including connected LT pnel boards and central type Air Conditioning Plant of 9 X11TR capacity in IT centre , library and 6X11 TR capacity in OPS room and its connected electrical equipments and plants for continuous operation of AC Plants consisting of (a) Compressor 15TR each - 11Nos, (b) AHU - 02 Nos with blower motor (c) AHU fan motor - 02 Nos (d) All other connected equipment controls, gauges, panel boards etc including maintenance of records and documents such as log sheet and PRRB of DG sets and AC Plants at CDM IT centre Secunderabad complete all as specified and directed. (a) Shift Timings are as under :- (i) 1st Shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (ii) 2nd Shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (iii) 3rd Shift - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs (b) Manpower to be employed:- (i) Refrigeration Mechanic - 03 Nos, 01 No for each shift. (ii) Fitter General Mechanic(FGM) - 01 No, (for 1st shift only)

Manninig and operation of electric supply system in two shifts, each shift of 08 (eight) hours including Sundays & Holidays by deploying the man power as mentioned below for entire system comprising of DG Set 250 KVA - 01 No and 125 KVA-01 No including connected LT panel boards and distribution system installed for Ashoka Auditorium, Vivekanand Auditorium, Admin Block, Library building and all connected change over system as and when required during VVIP/VIP visit and during power failure including maintenance of records and documents such as log sheet and PRRB of DG set at CDM Secunderabad complete all as specified and directed. (a) Shift Timings are as under :- (i) 1st Shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (ii) 2nd Shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs (b) Manpower to be employed:- (i) FGM - 02 Nos, 01 No for each shift.

Manninig and operation of electric and water supply distribution system in two shifts, each shift of 08 (eight) hours including Sundays & Holidays by deploying the man power as mentioned below for entire system comprising of sewage treatment plant at Dhruva enclave and water supply distribution system 0.25 gallons in UG Sump at STP, OH Tanks, 1 lakh Gallon, 1.5 lakh gallon at Dhurva enclave and 0.5 lakh gallon-02 Nos in CDM OTM and CDM area, pump sets, 7.5 HP Centrifugal pump sets - 01 No, 01 HP monoblock pump sets -02 Nos, 02 HP mono black pump set - 01 No, blower unit - 01 No, in STP and CDM OTM Accn pump house comprising 7.5 HP centrifugal pump sets - 01 No, CDM pump house 7.5 HP centrifugal pump set - 01 No and cleaning of sourrounding areas, including equipments and connected items such as operation of sluice valves of STP of any size situated inside/out side the pump house and operation of sluice valave of above OH tanks for CDM, Dhurva enclave, Ammuguda, JCOs/OR Accn, CDM OTM pump house, CDM pump house and MAP offricers Accn as per water supply disitribution timing and maintenance of records and documents complete all as specified and directed at STP & OH tank at Dhurva enclave:- (a) Shift Timings are as under :- (i) 1st Shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (ii) 2nd Shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs (b) Manpower to be employed:- (i) FGM - 02 Nos, 01 No for each shift. (ii) Valve Man - 02 Nos, 01 No for each shift.

Manninig and operation of DG Sets in three shifts, each shift of 08 (eight) hours including Sundays & Holidays by deploying the man power as mentioned below for entire system comprising of DG sets 125/100 KVA - 03 Nos including connected LT Panel boards and distribution system installed for HQ ASA Signal Centre, Secunderabad and all connected change over system as and when required during VVIP/VIP visit and during power failure and maintenance of records and documents such as log sheet and PRRB of DG set complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Shift Timings are as under :- (i) 1st Shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (ii) 2nd Shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs . (iii) 3rd Shift - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs (b) Manpower to be employed:- (i) FGM - 03 Nos, 01 No for each shift.

Note for serial item Nos 1 to 4:- (a) Submission of proof of crediting the wages into the bank account / payment made to the employees by the Contractor shall be a pre-requisite to release subsequent payments to contractors. The contractor shall also provide the details of individual’s EPF and ESI account No to claim the RAR / FB payment from time to time. Register for wages, complaints and identity of workers will be maintained by the contractor and will be submitted to the department on monthly basis. (b) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of complaint slips and registers and cost of T&P for maintainance work of all plants and minor consumables such as gland packing, grease, nut, bolts, PVC insulation tape, screws, fuse wire, clips etc for day to day maintenance including maintaining the records/registers such as Log Sheets, break down register, Plant Running Record Book and Fuel consumption records, area cleaning and maintenance of sub stations including earth pits near sub stations and prunning of tree branches near the eletric over head lines etc for day to day maintenance. (c) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of providing mobile communication system in the complaint cell so that the complaint can be lodged and feed back can be obtained. (d) Stores viz fitting/fixtures, cable etc shall be issued by the department for replacing unserviceable fittings/fixtures, cables etc where required at no extra cost to the Government. The stores to the extent available in the stores shall be issued.

(e) The contractor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours. The unit rate is deemed to include for the uniform. The uniform shall be in blue colour pant and shirt.The pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Technician/employees employed by the contractor will not work contineously for 07 days. The employees worked for six days contineously should be given one day off with payment as per the contract labour act as referred in condition 58 of IAFW-2249. (g) The contractor is responsible for maintenance of complaint cell for issuing the complaints to the individuals under consultation with concerned JE EM / Engr-in-charge (h) The contractor is responsible for submitting the documents of qualification /experience certificate of the workers to be employed before commencement of work. (j) The fuel viz, for DG set, transformer oil etc shall be issued for free of cost for the operation of plants at the store yard of AGE E/M No II and the rate considered is deemed to include the cost towards men and material for transportation and storage of fuel. (k) The rate considered is deemed to include for 1st hour maintenance of all plants including cleaning and replacement of minor spare parts of unserviceable bolts, nuts and twin washers as and when required. (l) The rate considered is deemed to include the cost towards maintenance of hygienic condition and around the installation. The contractor is fully responsible towards the health of staff employed by him.

M&L for 'B' Check of DG set of the following capacities after 250 hrs run or 3 months period which ever is earlier including replacement of Fuel filter, Oil filters, corrosion resistant inhibitor, checking and filling of Coolant in Radiator, Checking of RPM including replacement of unserviceable engine oil (Make:Volvo Line/Castrol/SAE-20/40) and oil flexible hoses complete all as specified in OEM Mannual for DG sets (Kirloskar/Greaves Cotton) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

250 KVA DG set, Make: Kirloskar/Greaves Cotton.

125/100 KVA DG set, Make: Kirloskar/Greaves Cotton.

35 KVA DG set, Make: Kirloskar. Notes for ser item Nos 5.01to 5.03:- (i) Engine Oil, Spare parts will be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) All checks should be carried out by authorised company service centre. The rate of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply only filling of heavy duty coolant in radiator, checking of RPM all as specified in OEM Manual for (Kirloskar/Greaves Cotton Make) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only filling of distilled water in battery and checking complete all as specified and directed.
