Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 i) Private land

Excavation in cutting in soil by manual means with lead upto 50 m:- Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 50 m as per technical specification clause 302.3 (Manual should be use where machines can not be deployed due to site condition)

A) By mix in place method : Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401. i) For Grading II Material.

Water Bound Mecadam Sub-base Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Using Stone Screening Grading-II : By manual Means:

Water Bound Mecadam Sub-base Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Using Stone Screening Grading-III (A) : By manual Means:

Prime Coat Low porosity : Providing and applying primmer coat with bitumin emultion (CSS-1) on prepared surcafe of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical Clause 502

Tack Coat : Providing and applying tack coat with bitumin emultion (RS-1) using emultion distributor at the rate of 0.25-0.30 Kg/sqm on the prepared granular surface tresated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

20mm thick open graded Premix carpet using bituminous (penetration grade/ modified bitumen) Binder providing , laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregate eithe rusing penetration grade bitumen or emultion to required line, grade and level to surfe as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plan, laying and rolling with a three wheeler 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical specification cls 508 Case-II By Mechanical Means: Bitumen (S-90)

Seal Coat : Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 By Mechanical Means Case I Type-A (11.2mm to 2.36mm) i) Bitumen (S-90)
