   Subject items are PAC items. Preferably manufacturer should participate in Tender. Participating traders/ agents must provide tender specific authorization letter issued by the OEM. Bidders must submit Authorization letter along with their offer, otherwise offer will be summarily rejected

Commercial-Compliance

   Bidders are reminded to carefully go through Para 35.0 of Instruction to Tendereres and IRS Conditions of Contract 2025 (included and uploaded along with the bid document) those pertaining to "Code of Integrity, Misdemeanor and Penal measures". If two or more bidders are found to be sister concerns or affiliates (having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control etc.) the offers of all such sister concerns are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of Tender conditions." They are therefore earnestly urged to refrain from committing violation of code of integrity in general and conflict of interest and anti-competitive practices.
