Dismantling of the damaged Oxygen purity Analyser fitted inside the oxygen concentrator panel. Replacement of the damaged oxygen purity panel by way of Providing and fitting of new Oxygen purity Analyser to INMATEC make concentractor Analyser having technical specifications- 0-96% Zirconia, Senz TX type: 03-909, HS-code: 90268020.The job further includes testing of same for its accuracy after fitting the same inside the panel of the oxygen concentrator.The firm will ensure to take up the job by trained technician, also all tools and tackles required for executing the job to be provided by the executing agency.
Cutting the top cover of the zeolite tower by way of using gas cutter. The job further includes removing of top cover and putting the zeolite inside the tower . The job also encompasses refitting back the dismantled top cover by welding the same and testing thereof. All tools and tackles alongwith trained welder is to be provided by the executing agency.
Servicing of the 02 No. Atlas Copco make Screw type Air Compressor (Model G132 V2 ) which includes draining out of the old lubrication oil dismounting of allied equipments viz Air Filter, Lube Filters and Oil Separator etc. The Job further includes testing of the Compressor on load
