Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Supplying fitting and fixing M.S.angles, M.S. flat, M.S. bolts and nuts including painting with red lead paint one coat complete as directed. (a) M. S. Angles (50x50x6)mm (b) ISSQ 8mm dia bars (c)M. S. Flats(30x4)mm

Steel work welded in built up sections, framed work including cutting, hoisting and fixing in positions and applying priming coat of red-lead paint including drilling holes, supplying, fitting and fixing with bolts and nuts or welding, if necessary as directed. Dismantling of existing structure for lapping of reinforcement bars for continuation of RCC columns and rasing the wall,welding,binding,dismantling, cleaning of surface etc. including jungle clearance, uprooting of vegetation, grass, brush-wood,sapling and trees and disposal of the same outside the Bijulee Bhawan campus at their own cost and arrangement and making acess to the work site to complete the work in all respects.

Providing & fixing concertina coil fencing with required dia 610mm (having 15 nos round per 6 meter length) up to 3.00m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00m apart and 9 horizontal RBT (Reinforced Barbed …………………………..wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq.m with tape (0.52mm thicks and weight 43.478 8m/meter (cost of M.S angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately).
