Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum cable of 1.1 KV as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

a ) Site survey, Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of M.S. Galvanized Octagonal Decorative Poles with coil earthing,6A MCB and base plate fabricated from special steel plates as per BSEN 10025/IS 5986 with excellent ultimate tensile strength, yield stress and elongation and corrosion resistance properties and suitable weld ability. Plates to be out and folded to form a octagonal cross section and welded longitudinally as per IS 9595/IS 10178. The pole shall withstand wind pressure of 220 Km/Hr as per IS:875 (Must provide structrural data) and of 9meters length in single section, continuously tapered profile for stability and aesthetics with face to face dimension being 210mm at bottom and 90mm at top and 3.0mm wall thickness with foundation base plate made of Hot rolled M.S plate as per IS:2026 and 300mm x 300mmx20mm thick duly welded to the base of the pole with foundation Bolts of 800mm length and bolts must EN 8 grade terminal box and provision for connection of earth & neutral on 5mm thick fiber plate, including Coil earthing with Nuts for grouting in concrete .Warrenty - 5 years Warrenty should be given by Manufacturer(Make:Valmont/Bajaj/RR Ispat or equivalent)

*1000mm to 1500mm long or suitable size as per design of the Company (Galvanized as above) Double Cross decorative arms made out of G.I. tubular pipes Class B of suitable size and welded fit the top of the above pole and MS Plate for rigidity between cap and pipe with provision of passing the electrical cable from the pole to the end of cross arm for connection of the street lighting LED luminaries as per direction of EIC.

Excavation & concreting:

b) Excavation of pole pit in all kind of soil including rock of all verity of size 1200mm with filling of sand to a height of 100 mm and then laying foundation of Reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) or more base foundation 1000mm x 1000mm x 200mm Height or more & 900MM X 900MM X 600MM Height RCC from base to TOP high with granite metal of nominal size 20mm to 25mm including side shuttering and grouting of foundation bolts and supply and erection of pole as specified above including watering and ramming it as required including provision for passage of cables and finishing the surface with 1:4 ratio cement plaster as per Drawing. However , minimum requirement of external forces for which the pole has to be designed as mentioned in the BOQ. Depending on the site condition the bidder has to consider the slight modification, if any to meet the design criteria subject to above the minimum foundation size as mentioned for which no separate payment will be made.9 mtr Octagonal Poles suitable for wind speed as per IS 875 or >= 200 KM/ Hr.

Supply & Fixing of 90W LED street light fixture having pressure aluminum housing, System lumen output of 10800 lumen by using high power SMD LED's, driver efficiency >=90%, power factor>=.95,surge protection >10KV ,THD<10%, IP rating IP66,IK ating:IK07, heat resistance toughened glass with IK07 impact resistance, graduation disc for precise aiming of flood lights. The pole must withstand the wind speed at 220 km / hr. with the light fitting. luminaire , efficacy >=120 lumen/Watt, correlated color temperature 5700K+-500K, color rendering index>=70, lumen maintenance L90 at 50000hrs,THD<10%. The luminaire designed to considering maximum uniformity and avarage lux of 25 within the poles. Warrenty - 5 years on LED luminaire and Warrenty should be given by Manufacturer.

Supply delivery installation and testing of outdoor panel board made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly acid treated and painted as required with following accessories and fixing the board.

I/C:- 63 Amps F.P MCB-01 no O/G: (i) 32 amps 4P MCB-04 nos with Time switch, Contactor for automatic on / off of the lights with automatic on/off day night photo control sensor and suitable arrangements for 3.5 x 35 sq mm cable for entry & 3 phase indicating lamps etc. complete as per the site requirements.

Supply and layng of 40 mm dia HDPE pipe for cable protection and road crossing.(Make:Ashirbad/Precision/sudhakar/Shaakya Polymer/Meil)

Sundries (Binding Wire, Insulating Tape,socket and cable accessories etc)

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 meter long,40mm dia incluiding accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required and as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing 8 SWG GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with cables etc as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connection etc as required.
