REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF CEILING EXHAUST FANS AIR CIRCULATING FANS ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS AND OTHER MISC EM ITEMS AT NOFRA AREAS UNDER GE(NW) NOFRA

Note : (a) Uniform for all deployed staff in duty supervisor as approved by GE. (b) Functional tools & plants shall be carried by tradesman all time for attending any site. (c) Necessary ladder / cloth or any other material reqd. (d) Debris / site clearance immediately before leaving site. (e) Safety eqpt to be carried all time. (f) In case of non-adherence of any of above fine/ penalty to be carried as under:- (i) 1st Time - Rs 200/- (ii) 2nd Time - Rs 500/- (iii) 3rd Time - Warning to contractor. (g) In case of 3 warning to contractor, it will be reflected in WLR for slow progress. (h) Complaint registered upto 11:00AM & emergency complaint to be attended same day. (j) Complaint Team consist of 02 Electrician alongwith reqd helpers.

Material & labour for unscrewing body parts of fans of any make/brands and description and opening of the stator & rotor of following sizes of fans and taking out down rod canopy,shackle, condensor housing with rubber reel bushes,ball bearing,metal bush and carry out repairs as directed and as required as under:-(a) M&L for opening the stator & rotor of the 1200mm / 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan cutting the exsisting worn winding & rewinding the fan with superior quality rewinding wire & filling the warnish as insulation between each winds & covering each loops of winding by sleeves & paper & reassembling of complete fan by fixing servicable old and new parts of fans i.e. rubber bush of condensor & shackle housing , condensor, gun metal bushes,ball bearings twin twisted copper cable down rod assembly with its shackle condenser housing & canopy ,split pins complete all as per manufacturers design air delivery including greasing,oiling & testing of fans all as per manufacturers design & speed complete all as directed & approved for 1200mm sweep. [Notes:- (i). The quoted unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking out defective parts and fixing of new parts. All new parts shall be measured and paid vide relevant items of the schedule. (ii). The rates for refixing & taking out servicable parts shall be deemed to be included of quoted unit rates. (iii). New parts shall be of respective makes of fans. (iv). The quoted unit rates shall also include writing of MES No of fans (v). Unservicable /defective retrived parts shall be credited vide sch of creidt. (vi). After assembling all fans shall be tested for the speed as directed. (vii). All the fans are laying in store yard of AGE E/M and shall be repaired at store yard only.]

Supply & Fix in repair elctronic Fan regulator 400 watt step type heavy duty.

Supply and fix in repair GI U clamp heavy duty rubber reel of superior quality and nut and bolts with locking arrangement complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair PVC canopy cover superior quality all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L for cleaning the fan motor assembly body,blade of ceiling fan, filling the cavity & painting with existing colour the ceiling fan/Exhaust fan with one coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint by spraying appratus and spraying process including writing the MES number on the ceiling fans of 1200mm /1400 mm sweep with black colour synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement bearing No 6201 for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fans.

Supply and fix in replacement bearing No 6202 for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fans.

Supply and fix in replacement capacitor 2.5 MFD dry type.

Supply and fix in replacement capacitor 4MFD dry type.

Supply and fix in replacement gun metal bush suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan.

Supply and Fix in replacement Clamp nut , bolt including safety pin for ceiling fan.

Taking down old unserviceable rusted extaust fan shutter and supply and fixing shutter of size 225 to 450 mm sweep directed by engr- in- charge.

M&L for Making round/ square hole cutting in the kitchen wall with the help of cutting machine / chisel / hammer etc for fixing of exhaust fan of size 225 mm to 300 mm & making good to the disturbed surface including plaster, distemper , white wash complete all as per existing surface and as specified and directed.

M&L for Checking serviceability of all ceiling fans/ exhaust fan in each quarter and checking clamps nut, bolts, pins are in healthy condition If any problem in any items will be noted down by electrician and informed concerned JE E/M and rectify the problem next day/ as soon as possible all as directed by Engr -in-charge

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc to be measured separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductors 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC pipe of size not less than 20 / 25 mm dia including PVC bend, tee joints etc as per site requirement , ISI marked with accessories fixed on wall/ceiling/truss etc with PVC non metallic ISI marked terminal boxes/ modular boxes surfacing on wall including one FRLS PVC insulated & sheathed multistranded green colour copper conductor 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth as earth dolly for :-

(a) One light/fan point controlled with one 5A switch

(b) One exhaust fan point controlled with one 5A switch

Supply and fix in repair Modular Switch, 6Amp, One way, 1 module.

Supply and fix in repair Linear Aluminium Baten LED T/L 20W Aluminium Extruded Chanel Powder Coated with opaque diffuser for glare free light complete with accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair Modular type, electronic fan regulator (5 step), 450 Watts, 230 volts, 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ceiling rose surface bakelite with ISI mark, flush type with ISI mark three terminals complete all as specified.

Repairs and maintenance of water heaters (Geysers) at existing position of any capacity / size mounted on wall by opening nuts and locating the fault and repair / replacement of the unserviceable spares / parts and make it fully functional and reassembling the same after complete repairs in all respects all as specified and directed. [Note:- Spare part shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.]

Supply only heating element 2KW /3KW, of instant type water heater as per existing capacity at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair heating element 1KW/1.5KW, of storage type water heater 25 Ltr capacity at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair thermostat / thermal cut out suitable for storage type water heater of capacity upto 50 Ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair thermostat / thermal cut out suitable for instant type water heater 01 /06 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement hot water extension pipe made out of copper chromium plated 450mm long with brass adaptor and fixing in position complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement 450mm long PVC connector with brass adaptor, washer and fixing in position complete all as specified.

Taking down and Supply & fix PVC cable multistranded insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade of 4 sqmm 3 core, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15 Amps plug top, AC 230 volts, ISI marked.

M&L for Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, burried directely in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip32 x 6 mm with the help of bolts, nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel, including necessary excavation, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 and PCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 watering arrangement with GI pipe funnel, jali, complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Pt-1, including testing on completion.

M & L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip.
