Replacement/upkeepment of parts of 11 KV VCB Panel suitable for running 670HP HT motors installed at HT Pump House Sitlee. Job involves disconnecting the power supply of the VCB Panel, Servicing of 2 No. incoming Panels of 1250A, 1No. Bus coupler of 1250A and 1 No. Spare/outgoing Panel of 630A after extracting out the vacuum circuit breaker Trolleys from the main Panel unit. Dismantling and extracting out the damaged parts of all the incomer Panels, Bus coupler and spare panel. Cleaning of the vacuum circuit breakers by using CRC 2.26, degreasing & removing of dust & dirt from complete panel unit by using chemical. Providing and fitting of Charging Motor with gear-4Nos.,HT Sleeve 2mtrs. approx., Insulation paint-4Nos.,IDMT Relay-2Nos., DC Contactor-110V-5Nos., Spout for PT-3Nos. Repairing of PT-1No., insulation Paint 33kv grade in the input chambers and PT Section and Panel wiring where ever required. Inserting all the extracted out Panels in the main Panel unit. Making of all the disconnected electric connections of the VCB Panel and LRS units. Connecting the VCB Panel to the main Power supply and testing the same on full load. Job includes cost of material and labour charges. Complete Job.
